It is hard for college students to find job which has become a society problem.To college students ,the only way to get job is trying their best to develop their knowledge.Of course, do career planning in advance is more effective.In order to know about the present situation of college students’ career planning , We have done this investigation and we found out some common problems

Preface

Career is a series of activities and actions in someone’s working experience.So profeional choices of college students are not a unique event when you face obtaining employment,but a overall educational proce.It is more and more difficult to get a job,government planed to recruit one million and ten thuosand students at 1997.It is 20 years to achieve the aim.After the college expansion of 1999,taking up an occupation becomes difficult.The content and method of investigation

First part, the level of knowing about the level and the methods of obtaining employment.Second part, the level of knowing about the career planning.Third part, the level of knowing about the direction of obtaining employment

Forth part, desiring about the guidance of profeion.Present situation

1.the difficulty of obtaining employment brings much serious preure(2 questions)

There are so many reasons to show that the situation of obtaining employment has already become a troublesome social problem.As a college student , we should try our best on improving the level of knowledge and becoming competitive to face the difficulty bravely.89% of informants think it is hard to obtain a job right now and 78% informants don’t know muchabout the program of obtaining a job.2.Not known themselves very much(3 questions)

According to analyses, we should know ourselves, estimate our abilities, confirm our characters, discover our interests,ensure our advantages and balance our distance to make ourselves perfect.(6 questions)

Sixty-one percent of those surveyed don’t understand which job to choose.3.Desire to get the guidance of obtaining employment

The guidance is important to be succeful by half working.89 percent of respondents support the importance of Career Planning.50% of the people who were investigated think it neceary to make a Career Planning.It is hoped that 72% of informants can be directed by experts.
