婚姻自由是每个公民的基本权利，也是人权的具体体现，法律赋予每个公民有自由选择配偶的权利；当婚姻基础不存在时，人们也可以选择离婚。究天地之间，悠悠万物，皆事出有因。中国近现代史作为一门研究“近、现代”的学科，面对当代中国社会离婚率节节攀升的这一关系到千家万户切身利益的重大问题，没有理由回避，而应该责无旁贷地担负起这一学术的职责和义务。这既映射出人们的价值取向，也具有深刻的时代背景和社会背景，同时也带来了一定的社会问题，本文对这些方面进行了一定的探讨，供同仁参考。

Abstract:

Marriage is every citizen’s fundamental right as well as the embodiment of human rights and law gives every citizen freedom to pick up his spouses.When marriage basic is not exist, people can choose to get a divorce.Everything happens for a reason.The modern history of China is a subject that is for study modern history.There is no reason to avoid the problem that the increasing divorce rate impacts many families’ profits and we should take the responsibility.That is not only mean people’s value orientation, but also the background of the times and social.At the same time, the increasing divorce rate also brings some social problems.This article is to study these problems and it is a reference for you.Key Words：Divorce Rate, Reason Analysis, The Progre of Civilization, Negative Control

Introduction

In 2009, there are 1.713 million pairs couples registered divorce in civil administration department and the date increased by 10.3% compared to the same period last year.According to the statistic of the civil administration department, in 2009, the marriage registration standardization in our country moved further.There is total 11.458 pairs arranged registration for marriage in our country and the date increased by 9.1% compared to the same period last year.Statistical data shows that the number of marriage and divorce is in growth trend for 3 consecutive years.In 2007, the year on year growth rate of divorce registration is higher than the registration for marriage and kept balance between each other in 2008.In 2009, it was occurred that divorce register rate was higher than the marriage registration.According to the statistic of the civil administration department, the number of the divorce couple is 0.34 million pairs in 1980, 0.8 million pairs in 1990,1.21 million pairs in 2000, 1.33 million pairs in 2003, 1.61 million pairs.According to data of the divorced pairs, the number of the divorces is increasing.The Social Sciences of the Institute of social research in Shanghai and the Executive director of China Research Aociation of marriage and family, Xu Anqi, said that, the reasons for the increasing divorce rate is multilateral and the most importance is our society is in the transition stage and the social transformation brings a huge dash to marriage.What’s more, with the improvement of the material well-being life and people’s hopes for the marriage quality and emotional needs become more strong, they thought they could be bear with it before, but now it is impoible.Xu Anqi said, due to the procedures of the marriage and divorce was simplified, it is become easily for a part of people to divorce on implush.
