Attached please find the cost comparison between current NiCd 1500mAh and different kinds of Li-ion batteries.There are 3 kinds(1300, 1500, 2000)of Li-ion quoted from supplier Great Power, and also input the currently used ATL 2000 Li-ion for comparison.We still keep the battery capture part in the quote because it would help battery aembly proce and help to simplify the housing rib structure, but need to build new tool for that part becuase the capture will be a new design.Housing part also quote for some modification to fit with the Li-ion cells.Just check with our test lab, the previous battery tester max discharging current is 4A.If customer think it's appropriate, we can do again the 0.1C 16hrs charging with 4A(~2.5C)discharging current in that previous battery tester so that can measure the internal resistance as well.Attached please find the device #37 cells fast charge capacity test result.Each cell was tested with 1C constant current charge for 72mins, and discharge to 0.9V/cell.We have done 2 cycles for each cell, and the cell-2 has lower averaged capacity than other cells.The cell-2 has the highest internal resistance at the beginning of first cycle charge, but then the value decreased to similar to other cells at the end of first cycle charge and the rest of the testing.And the data show that the cell-6 has generally the highest internal resistance, but it also has the highest capacity and discharge time.We are now testing again with slow charging rate to see any difference on the data.
