With the rapid development,of the number of cars is growing and growing.Many people can’t decide whether to own a car or not.In my opinion,cars can bring us a lot of convenience.If we drive to work,our commuting time will be shortened,more time will be available for work and recreation.What’s more,travelling by car will be more and more convenient because more roads will be widened.On the other hands,cars are also a nuisance.First,they are a major source of pollution.Second,owning a car costs a lot of money,not every person can afford to buy a car.Taking public transport instead of owning a car may be a wise choice.In the future,more underground and light railway lines will be built,and the service will be greatly improved.As the saying goes ‘Every coins has two sides.’.As far as I am concerned ,owning a car has both advantages and disadvantages,and I prefer public transport to cars.（得分：18）
