4.Account for tracking “Construction Execution plan” submitted by subcontractors regarding E&I discipline and define and track(punchlist)comments if neceary;

5.Perform the “Witne” and “Hold” function where the owner is designated to witne the test, check or activity based on approved integrated Testplan(ITP).Sign on the quality record on behalf of the owner;

6.Overview the spot checks of the installation of trays, catalysts, static equipment including veels and exchangers, etc;

7.Overview the spot checks of the activities in pre-commiioning including flushing, blowing, cleaning, tightne testing and dynamic/functional testing of all E&I system.8.Work with the third party or local authority for quality audit or supervision;

9.Work with plant commiioning team on system turnover that related with E&I systems;

10.Work with engineering team on matters of design changes at the site and interpret any related specifications

11.and standards;not only, but also Non Conformance Report(NCR)that includes rectification, preventive measures and quality documents to be submitted to local inspection bureaus;And any interfaces with other disciplines;

12.Monitor the overall E&I construction schedule, milestone status;Give advice on actions to improve and catch up if there is any delay;

电仪可靠性工程师职位要求：

Basic Requirements:

? Bachelor Degree related with either Electrical or Industry Automatic Control

本科及以上学历，电气或者仪表自动化及相关专业

? Minimum 5 years of experience as Maintenance Engineer or Reliability Engineer in a manufacturing environment, preferably in chemical plant operation
