We live in a world with high-tech products.Cellphone has been part of our life, it gets updated very fast.Unlike twenty years ago that cellphone is owned by the adults, but now even a kid is equipped with a cellphone.This high-tech product changes our life.It brings convenience to our life, but at the same time, the over use of the product let us mi something from our life.Cellphone indeed facilitates our life.We can keep in touch with our friends any time anywhere instead of making an appointment.We can make new friends through QQ, getting knows what our friends are doing right away.Before, if people mi their family, the first thing they do is to write a letter and send it home, but now, they just pick up the phone and call their parents, they can catch them immediately.How efficient the work is.While the phone brings convenience, it does harm to people’s life to some extent.Today as cellphone’s function has been fulfilled, people share meage from many ways, like QQ, blog and so on.People like to paste pictures on the social online world, they like to catch friend’s attention, so they take pictures as long as they want to.If a girl goes out for dinner, the first thing she does is to take a picture of the food instead of enjoying the food.Too much attention on the cellphone distracts people’s focus on the enjoyment of life.Cellphone brings positive and negative effect to our life, we should make use of it to facilitate our life, at the same time, we keep focus on the enjoyment of real life, not the Internet world.我们生活在一个高科技产品的世界。手机已经成为我们生活的一部分，更新很快。和20年前不同，以前手机拥有者是大人，现在即使一个小孩也有手机。高科技产品改变了我们的生活，它给我们的生活带来了方便，但是同时，产品的过度使用让我们的生活错失一些东西。

在手机给人但来便利的同时，然而在某种程度上，手机对人们的生活造成一定的伤害。今天随着手机功能的完善，人们有更多的平台来共享信息，比如QQ，微薄等等。人们喜欢在社交网络世界发照片，吸引朋友的关注，所以人们很喜欢随时照相。如果一个女孩出去吃晚饭，她做的第一件事就是把食物照下来，而不是享受食物。对手机的过度关注让人们忽略掉享受生活的真谛。
手机给我们的生活带来了积极和消极的影响，我们应该利用手机来便利我们的生活，同时，我们把关注度放在享受现实生活上，而不是网络上。
2.高校该收取更高的学费吗？Should Universities Charge Higher Tuition Fees?
Great changes have taken place since the reform and opening policy, especially the rapid growth of economy.The average of Chinese salaries has been rising, so it is the expenditure of life.Nowadays, universities charge higher tuition fees because of the rapid growth GDP.Some people support the universities do this because the schools need funds to development;while others think it’s inappropriate to charge higher tuition fees because not everyone can afford it.As far as I am concerned, universities should charge reasonable fees so the excellent students can enjoy the advanced education in China.For one thing, the higher fees can be great burden to the wage earners families.A college student will need 6000 Yuan each year on average, which means, the whole college fees will be 24,000 Yuan.It is not easy for a wage earner family to save such a large sum of money, they may be indebted.What’s worse, some of the students even borrow money from banks because their families can not afford it.For another, facing the higher tuition fees, some of the students will give up
university.Go to universities is the only way for poor students to change their fate.But the high tuition fees deprive their rights of education.According to the survey, half of the students come from remote areas, where have comparative lower income.The higher fees will be no problem for the rich second generations, but the poor second generations will drop out of school.In a word, the higher tuition fees not only have great influence on the students, but also the development of our country.I think the government and the universities should take this into consideration.They should charge reasonable tuition fees, try to provide
more chances for the youth and make sure everybody can have the right to go to college.自从改革开放以来，我国发生了很多变化，特别是经济的快速增长。中国人的平均收入增加了，而支出也一样。现如今，因为GDP的快速增长，高校也跟着提高了学费。有些人支持高校的做法，认为学校需要经费来维持发展；其余的人则认为收取更高昂的费用不合理，因为不是每个人都能支付得起。在我看来，高校应该收取合理的费用，这样那些优秀的学生也能够享受中国的高等教育。
一方面，更多的学费对工薪家庭来说会是个沉重的负担。一个大学生每年的平均费用为六千元人民币，这就意味着，整个大学的学费为两万四千元整。这对一个工薪家庭来说，存这样一笔钱是非常困难的。他们也许会负债累累。更加糟糕的是，因为家庭困难。
有些学生不得不向银行贷款。另一方面，面对更为高昂的学费，有些学生会放弃上大学的机会。对于贫困生来说，上大学是唯一能够改变他们命运的机会。但过高的学费剥夺了他们受教育的权利。通过一项调查显示，一半的学生来自偏远地区，那里的收入水平相对较低。对于富二代来说，学费不是问题，但是穷二代就要面临辍学。
总的来说，更加高昂的学费不光会对学生产生巨大影响，也会影响到国家的发展。我认为政府和高校应该仔细考虑这件事。应该收取合理费用，努力为每个学生提供更多机会，保证每个人都有权利读大学。
3.大学生该出去兼职吗？Should University Students do Part-time Jobs?
In today’s job hunting market, many companies tend to hire students who have job experiences.It seems that working experience seems to be an indispensable part of job hunting.However, in my humble opinion, students should focus on their study instead of sacrificing their precious time to meet the short-term financial needs.The disadvantages of doing part-time jobs outweigh its advantages.First of all, part-time jobs deprive students’ time of study, entertainment, sleep and other social activities.Wishing to find a balance between academia and job, one may find himself caught in a dilemma.On one hand, he hopes that he can have some
contribution on academics study, on the other hand, he wish he can make more money though part-time jobs.But the truth is, you can't have your cake and eat it too.More evidence indicates that students working more than 20 hours a week have lower grades;some of them even fall in the exams.Second, some students may become so preoccupied with money-making that they can not focus their attention on studying.The part-time may help ease the students’ financial burden, but may have negative effects on them.According to the survey, many working youth expreed a cynical attitude toward schoolwork and future life.They even play truant to make money.What’s worse, most of the part-time jobs offer students’ limited value to their self-improvement.Serving at the fast food restaurant or being a salesman in a supermarket won’t give you too much experience.Sometimes, it’s just a waste of time.In summary, the students should quit their part-time jobs and enjoy the lives on campus.They should view study as their priority in university days.It’s not worthy to go outside to do the jobs.现在的人才市场，许多公司更倾向于应聘那些有工作经验的学生。看起来拥有工作经验已经成为了找工作不可缺的一部分。然而，在我看来，学生不应该牺牲他们的宝贵时间去换取零用钱。兼职的缺点远大与优点.首先，兼职剥夺了学生学习、娱乐、休息和其他社交活动的时间。越是想在学习和兼职之间找到平衡，就越会发现自己其实进退两难。一方面，希望自己能在学术上有所建树；另一方面，又希望自己能赚更多的钱。但事实上，鱼和熊掌不可兼得。更多的证据表示那些一周工作超过20个小时的学生成绩更差，有些人甚至在考试中挂科。
其次，有些学生因为把太多心思花在挣钱上以至于他们不能集中精力学习。兼职是可以减轻财政负担，但也会产生负面的影响。通过调查显示：出去兼职的学生对学校布置的作业和人生产生了厌烦的情绪，更有甚者逃学出去工作。更加糟糕的是，大多数的兼职不会给学生的自我提升太多的好处。在快餐店打工或者是在超市里当售货员不会给你太多的经验。有时候，这就是浪费时间。
一句话：学生应该辞掉他们的兼职，好好享受在校时光。他们应该把学习排在第一位。出去兼职，这并不值得。
4.学习汉语的重要性The Importance of Learning Chinese
In recent years, learning Chinese has aroused a great attention all over the
world.And a new upsurge in learning Chinese is in the making in many foreign countries.As far as I am concerned, as a Chinese, learning Chinese is particularly important.There are several points accounting for my view.First, Chinese is a great treasure of our nation and learning Chinese well is a basic obligation of every citizen.Second, Chinese has become more and more popular and frequently-used all over the world with the fast development of world.Therefore, a person whose mother language is Chinese has no reason to refuse to learn Chinese.In addition, learning Chinese well is a basic of learning other languages.A large number of people put their all emphasis on learning other languages but cannot get a satisfied result because they neglecting Chinese learning.Therefore, when we are learning another language, we should keep learning Chinese as well.In a brief, learning Chinese is important particularly in new epoch.We had better make effort to learn it better.近年来，学习汉语已经引起了全世界的关注。汉语学习的新高潮正在国外许多国家中兴起。我觉得作为一个中国人，学习汉语是特别重要的。
原因有几点。第一，中国是中华民族的瑰宝，学好汉语是每个公民的基本义务。第二，随着世界的快速发展，汉语已经越来越受欢迎而且使用越来越频繁。因此，一个母语是汉语的人没有理由拒绝学习中文。此外，学好汉语学习其它语言的基础。很多人把他们的注意力放在学习其他语言上却并没得到满意的结果是因为他们忽视了汉语的学习。所以，当我们在学习另一种语言时，我们应该坚持学习汉语。
