在当今商品经济时代,商品买卖活动非常普遍。在日常生活中,人们常会遇到对所购商品质量或售后服务不满意的情况,这时可以写投诉信(A Letter of Complaint)求得解决。投诉信与普通书信的格式基本相同。但要注意的是,写投诉信的目的是为了求得一个解决问题的办法而不是为了泄愤,因此写信时一定要注意态度诚恳、直截了当。
一、一封投诉信应包括三个最基本的方面: 第一部分:提出抱怨并表示遗憾
(1)很抱歉打扰您,但我必须郑重提出投诉。
