心理学是研究人和动物心理活动和行为表现的一门科学。整个西方心理学发展的历程可分为两个阶段，分水岭就是1879年心理学从哲学中分离出来成为独立的科学。第一阶段指1879年以前心理学包含在哲学之中时的发展。第二阶段是1879年以后心理学的发展。独立后的心理学在一百多年的发展历程中，因为存在科学主义和人文主义两种研究取向而一直处于四分五裂的状态之中，心理学的统一目前是理论心理学研究的一个重要课题。心理学统一工作只有在心理学发展规律的指导下才有可能顺利完成。基于此，本文受科学哲学有关知识的启发，从心理学哲学的角度，对心理学发展规律进行了探索。本文首先阐述了心理学哲学基本范畴和命题，发掘、整理和分析了前心理学和现代心理学发展历程以及有关重大史事，搜索了中国心理学的前辈们引进和传播西方心理学方面的工作和见解，从而发现在心理学的发展中，科学主义心理学一直居于主流地位，科学主义是现代西方心理学发展的主导思想，但它并没能实现对心理学的统一，却适得其反；科学主义和人文主义心理学在文化、哲学、逻辑等角度的对立、斗争与融合构成了现代西方心理学发展的两条基本线索；现代西方心理学在革命中成长；现代西方心理学的发展由人性的失落走向人性的回归。规律指导实践。文章在最后以心理学发展规律为指导，为心理学统一工作的实践提出了一些新思路：在方法论上接受唯物辩证法的统一指导，允许实证和人文等多种具体研究方法的“和平”共处；建立统一的科学观，在统一的规范下可以存在不同的心理学探索，实现心理学有差别的统一。

The science of psychology studies the psychological action and behavior of human beings and animals.The whole development history of western psychology can be divided into two sections according to the historical affair that psychology broke away from philosophy and became an independent science in 1879.The period before 1879 when psychology was a part of philosophy makes up the first section.The latter section refers to the psychology“s development after!879.During the more-than-one-hundred-year development history after independence, psychology has always been disintegrating due to two researching directions(scientificalism and humanism)in it.So the subject of psychology”s integration has become a heated topic in the study of theoretical psychology at present.The practice of psychology“s integration might be accomplished under the instruction of the law of psychology”s development, based on which and enlighten by the knowledge concerned in philosophy of science, the thesis explores the law of psychology“s development from the angle of philosophy in psychology.The thesis first states the primary category and proposition of philosophy in psychology, then excavates, sifts and analyzes the vital historical events happening in the developing proce of pre-psychology and modern psychology, finally searches the distinguished Chinese psychologists” practice and viewpoints on introducing and spreading western psychology In China.From all the above-mentioned, the thesis has got the findings: scientific psychology has always been the main aspect in the science of psychology and scientificalism the dominant idea in western psychology“s development;the conflict and fusion of scientific and humanistic psychology from the angle of culture, philosophy and logic form two basic threads in modern western psychology”s development;modern western psychology grows through revolutions;modern western psychology attaches great importance to human nature instead of ignoring it as in the past.Law serves as guide to practice.Under the instruction of the above-described law, the thesis puts forward several new proposals for the practice of psychology"s integration: establishing the unified instruction of materialist dialectics as a theoretical basis of methodology in psychology, in which the concrete positive and humanistic researching means can co-exist peacefully;building an integrated viewpoint of science, in which there might be various psychological researches and an integration in psychology with difference can be attained。
