名老中医临证能力模型研究

Abstract：Objective： The key elements of the competence model of clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of prestigious and veteran physicians of TCM were studied so as to effectively collect their clinical experience of syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM.Methods: Philology, psychology and statistics were applied in the study to collect the clinical experience of syndrome differentiation and treatment so as to construct the competence model of clinical syndrome and differentiation and treatment.Moreover, the reliability and validity of the model were tested by the rating method of specialists’ experience.Results: The encoding agreement was high for the typical behaviors in the 42 medical records.Six key competence elements were established according to the typical behaviors.The competence model was constructed and the test results indicated a high validity of the model.Conclusion：The completely constructed competence model of clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment includes the following six key elements: communication, data collection, thinking ability, patient orientation, diagnosis and treatment, study and creative ability.It also includes the normative operative definition of every element, the typical clinical behaviors and the explanations which can reflect the key elements.Key words：prestigious and veteran physicians of TCM;competence model of clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment;competency
