如何品鉴西班牙优质葡萄酒?

HOW TO TASTE SPANISH FINE WINES?

品鉴过程分为三个步骤:

• 色:查看颜色,透明度,光泽度,浓稠度,色泽层次,泡沫形状。

• 香: 是否有果味或花香,散发本草植物的清新抑或是烧烤和辛辣味道,以辨别它的纯度、成分和浓度。• 味:品尝其酸度、甜度,单宁酸赋予的涩味,葡萄酒的口感和均衡度,以及回味悠长的芳香。。

色泽品鉴

当你打开一瓶红酒时,首先应该检查它的瓶塞。如果瓶塞被红酒略微浸湿,表明酒曾被倾斜放置。按压瓶塞时应该能感觉到它的弹性,并且瓶塞闻起来没有异味,只有酒味。如果瓶塞有刺鼻的味道,表明酒可能被污染过。瓶塞损坏的酒不应继续饮用。
