王：Hi.everybody.李：Oh,I am glad to meet you here.孙：yeah.me too.as we all know ,people are very interting to talk about what is succe.How do you define succe? 马：For me,I think that succe is not fame.And It is not money or power.张：I agree with you.But today a large number of people think that true succe lies in the size of one’s paycheck or the thickne of one’s wallet.孙：For my opinion,succe is a relative term,it can mean different things to different people.Many people think that succe means more than money and fame.马：For me money and fame are not the only standard of succe.It’joy,freedom and friendship.it’s also love,it’s getting to work with people you love.王：In my opinion succe means to be able to achieve something great or some kind of distinction in life.李：yh, you are right.If one person is outstanding in some ways or achieve the goals which he set in life,I think he is succeful.张：I can’t agree with you any more.i think succe should be measures one makes to the society or one’s fellow humanbeings.马：In my opinion,succe should be measured not by how much we own but by how much we are able to give to others
孙：All of that are true.sometimes succe is about achieving the little goals you set for yourself that give you a sense of accomplishment.王：Yeah,It can also be simple things such as getting an A on a difficult exam or bigger things like graduating from high school college or object that you managed to overcome.李：What’s more,if you ‘ve managed to have a happy life,I think that’s a succe.Our world is driven and focused on value,but not all those that are rich are happy.张：I think you are right.and we all know there is a proverb that ‘failture is the mother of succe’,I’d like to know how do you understand it? 马：failure is the mother of the succe.iIt’s true that failure is an important factor toward succe.The way to succe is full of various difficulties and obstacies.and many important inventions or discoveries were achieved after hundreds of failures.孙：And only those succe which have been achieved after many failures are really valuable.When we learn from our failure,we will find the key to succe.Remember,’you have not really failed until you accept defeat.’
李：If we want to succe ,we must accept failures ,because we can study something useful from them and correct our way to continue our work.王:What’s more, I think if you want to succe,youshould have outstanding willpower.There are too many examples proved that willpowers and persistence are much more important.张：Self-confidence is important too.It is saying that self-confidence is the first step on the road to succe.马：Oh dear.We are all so brilliant.I believe that we can try our best to realize our dream or goal.孙：So, let’s go.Workhard ,we will become a succeful man one day!
