Here is a true story.Once, one of my friends was visited by an American friend.After they had a delicious meal, the America said many things about thanks then he continued to say: “Oh, your wife’s cooking is great.I enjoyed the meal very much.” My friend waved his hand hurriedly with modest smile on his face and said: “Where, where!” The America confused, but he quickly understood then said: “In the kitchen, in the kitchen.” Then introduce today’s leon content.Step 1: Thinking about those two questions.Within the questions, students will keep thinking and finally get the difference in two different kinds of letters.1.How do we write our Chinese letter? 2.Which part in an English letter should we pay more attention compared with the Chinese letter? The requirement of this topic is difficult because students are not familiar with Shanghai.Teacher guides students to solve the problem: students can describe the changes in their hometown and regard them as Shanghai.Then helps students with an example of this topic which they are unfamiliar with, leads students finish this topic properly.Step6.Teacher gives students a topic.Write a letter to your pen pal Lucy.Invite Lucy to your home and spend the Dragon Boat Festival with your whole family.Tell her what are your families doing on that day.Four students in a group, they will have 5 minutes to discu how will they finish their writing.After discuion, only one member in each group tells whole cla their ideas.Teacher gives comments.Step7.Homework aignment.Finish the writing task just discued in cla.Check it by yourself before you hand it in.
