Thanks for taking your time off the busy schedule to read this email and I feel very hornored.I am Cui Zhichun, the head of China Youth Culture and Art Talent Development Fund Liaison in Hunan.I’d like to invite you and your country to come to china to participate in a very significant project------building a permanent culture art exhibition performance platform in Shaoshan, Hunan, People Republic of China.We are dvoting to creat an “International Children's Expo” base just like World Expo which is realy belongs to the global youth children.The theme: “children make the world better”

Object one, building a spirit home which truly belongs to global teenage children.Object two, helping them grow to be a new generation by Careing and cultivating them well, this not only can benefits the children, and will make everyone's life more beautiful.A scientific research shows that if the youth receive the culture art training and quality education since they were kids, they will have more opportunities to get succe and bring benefit to society after they grow up.I think it is invaluable to make a specially designed platform for global teenage children to understand and cognize that the whole world is unite, and to see national cultural and art here, sowing the seeds of peace, establishing friendly ties.At present, the world population is 6.3 billion of which are 2 billion children.China has 367 million children, which is about 27% of its 1.4 billion population.In recent years,the rate of chinese minorcrime having risied at 13% per year on average.Rangers and left-behind childrens’ life, education, psychology, safety are facing the huge problem.According to the survey, most juvenile delinquents custodied in prison are lack of education and care.As you can imagine,the crime rates of minorcrime in other poor countries may be even higher.It is reported that the same problems of many developing countries are as serious as chinese.The education of youth and their souls are needed to get attention and care urgently.Because, the situation of youth's physical and mental health, culture art education and quality education have far-reaching effects for the development of a country and even the whole world.Now, the world economy is in rapid development while the population grows fast, and the population proportion of the youth is huge.But in such a great scale, the world has no a education and cultural exchange platform which is turely belongs to the global youth children.In view of this, China wishes to unite over 200 countries and regions in the world to build a teenage children heart paradise in Shaoshan, Hunan, China——International Children's Expo.We are planning to set up a permanent teenage children cultural art performance venues which has local amorous feelings for every country in Hunan, China.In here,we will build the future life hall, popular science corner , space museum, green environmental protection pavilions, toy kingdom hall, international cultural centers, teenage children’s cinema, wishes bank, wax work museum of the past dynasties great men from all the countries, ect.together, which can let the children understand the civilization of the world and the history, economy, culture, science and technology, the nature, the humanities, and even painting, sculpture, music, dance, etc.from different districts, perfecting their personalities, giving full scope to the effects of freedom, equality, friendship and human nature.We hope the Expo will be the communication and learning platform for the teeage children from all over the world and they will have profound exotic friendship through this platform.Planted seeds of peace and friendship in their young hearts, let them become small peace meengers over the kingdom and time.In future, there is no nationality difference, color difference, rich and poor difference, no more war here, just the spirit of world community and the laughter and songs of different languages.The under plan and prepare project of International Children's Expo is supported by the chinese government, instructed by Chinese Youth Culture and Art Talent Development Fund Laision Office in Hunnan province, runned and mananged by Hunan Changsha South Porch Culture Communication Co., LTD.We draw up to addre in the hometown of Chairman Mao—Shaoshan,Hunan.Because the transportation is convenient(highways and railways lead to here;high-speed railways and the international airports also is under construction.The use and development of the project construction land are supported by the the Chinese government strongly, we will strive to provide construction land freely to each country who will carry out the project here.We will also offer a happy get-together and performing stage to the world's teenage children by using this good ecological environment and the natural beauty of tourism resources.After the project completed, the annual June(June 1st is children's day in China)will be the the“international children culture and art exchange month”.we will invite teenage children all over the world to get together here.and each country can send a performance team of hundreds or thousands teenage children to have a month of culture and art exchange display.The future of the world will be dominated by teenage children.Our objective is to make here to be a world expo for them.In this small village of the earth which are full of hopes and laughter, the different color children from different districts all over the world will make friends,
