2011级英语专业毕业论文工作安排
一、毕业论文动员大会
(一)时间：2013年9月23日—9月26日，具体时间由各论文指导教师自行确定
(二)地点：由各论文指导老师自行确定
(三)参加人员：商务英语1101，1102学生和全体论文指导教师，分小组进行
(四)会议内容：
1.毕业论文动员
2.布置毕业论文选题工作
3.发放《武汉软件工程职业学院毕业论文基本规范要求》及相关资料
4.宣布毕业论文时间安排
二、毕业论文选题
(一)时间：2013年9月27日至2013年10月7日。
(二)负责人：由各班班长收集本班所有同学的论文选题并造册。
(三)各位同学应根据自己的专长和所掌握的有关资料选题（题目也可自选）。（题目见附件一）
(四)负责人汇总班级毕业论文选题，于2013年10月7日前将选题汇总清册（电子文档）交姚瑾老师。
(五)2013年10月10日下午，指导教师与选题学生见面并布置撰写《论文提纲》和开题报告。
三、建议上交《论文提纲》截止时间：2013年10月17日。（由指导教师把握）
四、建议上交论文初稿的截止时间：2013年10月24日。（由指导教师把握）
五、建议上交论文修改稿时间：2013年11月7日。（由指导教师把握）
六、上交毕业论文最终正式稿
(一)截止时间：2013年11月21日（不能拖延）
(二)每位学生将下述要求内容装入档案袋中上交论文指导教师：
1.论文正式稿要求一式三份。
2.《武汉软件工程职业学院毕业论文成绩鉴定表》（除论文评定栏由指
导教师填写以外，其他项目由学生按要求填写）
3.论文提纲（含教师修改意见）和开题报告
4.论文初稿（含教师修改意见）
5.论文修改稿（如有修改稿、含教师修改意见）
七、毕业论文评价：
(一)毕业论文评价截止时间：2013年12月1日（不能拖延）
(二)各指导教师将已作评价的最终正式稿件交系教学科。每位指导教师推荐一篇论文参加公开答辩。
(三)论文评价包括评语和论文评定等级。
(四)论文评定等级为：优秀、良好、合格、不及格。
八、论文公开答辩时间：待定（根据具体情况再作调整）
