Dear Tom，

Your letter reached me yesterday.Im so sorry.And these are my some thoughts.

Advantage of the cellphone is we can in touch with eath other convinentely,however,there are some disadvantages about it.For example,if you go to school with the cellphone ,it would make bad influence on teaching.Whats more,the cellphone is harmful to your health,your eyes will be worse and worse,your body will be weaker and weaker and so on.So,I dont think its terrible for you to use the cellphone at the school.
