Mr. **** asked me to provide a recommendation to support his graduate college application in the United States of America.

Mr.**** worked for me for two summers (summer of 2014 and summer of 2015) as one of my fourteen crew members. My squad is to perform a wide range of activities supporting our company’s core business of roadway maintenance for local governments and building

constructions for various businesses. Mr. **’s employment is part of our co-training partner program with the Harbin Institute of Technology.

I can attest that Mr. ** is a moral person and has good characters. Working in the dust dealing with cement and asphalt is often described as “dirty” and not “glamorous.” At the conclusion of his 2014 session, Mr. ** volunteered to ask me to come back again for the 2015 summer. While he was with us, he exhibited great character including 1) attention to detail, 2) ability to come up with new ideas and approaches, 3) perform both qualitative and quantitative analysis, 4) respect teammates and being respected by others, and 5) learn new things quickly and adjust as needed to meet new challenge. He had done w die range of things for us including accepting cement by performing various checks, survey the construction sites, direct traffic, record changes and quantities. During the past summer, I assigned him to lead four new construction crews and he performed well. He got all job done and earned respect from his crews.
