Dear Sir,

Im writing to say that Im not satisfied with the fridge I bought two weeks agao.I found something wrong with it.The “COLD CONTROL”(制冷键) doesnt work well.Also,when it starts it makes a loud noise.I rang your service centre several times,but nobody came.I hope youll look into the matter and send someone to repair it or change another one for me.Or else take back the fridge and Ill get my refound(退货).
