Project Description: JETTA NF one new car developed by FAW VW, the annual output about 300000 sets,which is the first project developed by Coats Shenzhen to join in VW business, Coats product mainly apply for seat cover,total 3 different thread size (CFP M15/M20/M30)involved to develop,and 3 different color (black/beige/grey)for the different thread size.

Responsibility: 1.To be responsible for the feasibility evaluation of VW standard VW20106;

2.To be review and evaluate of customer development master sample and Coats thread sample.

3.Testing deisng arrangement and the results review of development thread sample;

4.APQP/PFMEA/Control Plann and PPAP document preparation based on customer required.

5.Product evaluation and development experience summary after bulk production.
