空运单据准备须知（中文版）
（一）空运进口：
（1）、一般贸易需空运正本提单、发票、箱单、合同、报关委托书、报检委托书、换单介绍信、提货介绍信一式一份即可。若是免税货物还应提供免表两张（一蓝一白）。如果是代理单位除应提供上述单据外，还需提供委托代理协议书并加盖双方单位公章。
（2）、客户需对其商品所对应的监管条件提供监管文件。（如机电审、许可证、重工业证明、安全质量许可证、食品原产地证明等）若商品来自美、日、韩、欧盟，客户还应提供无木质包装证明、非针叶木包装证明或熏蒸证明正本。（外方提供）
（3）、来料加工与进料加工：单据要求与一般贸易要求一致，另外货主还应提供手册。
（4）、其他贸易方式：如返修、赠送、暂时进出口、免税货物等，除需提供上述单据外，客户还需 提供的必须文件如：赠送函、返修协议及说明、暂时进出口审批表三份、免表一式两份（一蓝一白）等和海关要求客户提供的其它所需文件。暂时进出口货物须提供提单、发票、箱单一式三份、报关委托书、报检委托书、暂时进出口审批表一式三份并加盖货主或代理的正本公章。审批表的前三行内容需电脑打印。
（5）另有其他单证按海关现行政策提供。
（二）空运出口：
（A）出口发票、箱单一式两份加盖发票章，报关、报检委托书各一份并加盖正本公章，以及相对应的出口核销单。出口商品若为法检商品，则需货主提供商检通关单。
（B）另有其他单证按海关现行政策提供。
重要通知： 为建立外汇连管机制，经国家外汇管理局决定，自2003年6月6日起，进口货物凡以进口即期、远期信用证和托收方式（L/C.D/A.D/P）对外承兑付款的，外汇银行根据美份>向进口货物收货人核发“报关专用”的>，由进口货物收货人在海关现场报关交单时作为申报的随附单证向海关提交。目前，海运进口货物的收货人应当提交银行核发的>。
*特别声明* 由于我国进入WTO后不断调整海关进出口货物监管政策，如遇有通关单证需改变更新我司将保留另行通知的权利，一切单证增减更改均以海关法及海关有关规定为准。

1.Original air bill of lading, invoice, packing list ,contract,consignment of customs declaration, consignment of commodity inspection shall be in one copy for origin.*If it is duty-free goods, it shall provide 2copy of duty-free sheet(one blue copy and one white copy).*If it is agency unit, it shall provide theconsignment agency agreement and addedthe official seal of both parties(Copy shall be available)beside providing the above-mentioned documents.2.Consignor shall provide the regulatory documents according to the corresponding regulatory condition of its commodity.(Such as the mechnical-electronical examination, permit license, heavy industry, product certificate, security quality permit, food certificate of the origin and etc.)If the goods are coming form USA,Japan ,South Korea and Europe Union, the consignor shall provide the non-wood packing certificate, non-wood of coniferous tree packing certificate and original suffocating certificate.(Provided by the foreign parties)
3.Proceing with imported material and proceing with supplied material: The documents requirements are meeting with general trade requirements.Besides, the consignor shall provide the manual.4.Other trade mode: such return to repair, donation, and etc, besides providing the above-mentioned documents, the consignor shall provide the neceary documents such as: Letter of Donation, Agreement on return torepair, and other documents by the consignor on the requirement of customs.Temporary import and export goods shall provide bill of lading, invoice and packing list in triplicate, consignment of customs declaration, consignment of commodity inspection, approvement sheet for temporary import and export in duplicate and added the origin official seal of consignee or agent.The first 3 lines content of the approvement sheet shall be printed by computer.5.Other.(TWO)Air transportation export
(A)Export invoice and packing list in duplicate and with official invoice seal, consignment of customs declaration, consignment of commodity inspection shall need 1 copy for origin each and added the official seal on the original certificate, and the corresponding export verification certificate.If the export goods are legal inspection goods, the consignor need to provide the commodity inspection customs declaration sheet.(B)Other.Created by arrive_logistics
