摘要
本设计是*****矿2.40Mt/a新井设计。*****矿位于辽宁省沈阳市康平县境内,交通便利。井田走向约为5.664km,倾向约为3.813km,矿井总面积18.9855km2;井田内有1#、2#两层可采煤层,厚度分别为9m、3.5m,煤层平均倾角8°;井田工业储量为316.17Mt,可采储量为220.20Mt,服务年限为66年;矿井正常涌水量为63.9m3/h,瓦斯相对涌出量为1.17 m3/t,属于低瓦斯矿井。
本设计采用立井单水平开拓。主井和副井、风井均位于井田储量中心处,全矿井采用中央并列式通风。采煤方法主要是倾斜长壁综合机械化采煤,采煤工艺采用综采放顶煤。根据煤层的赋存情况,采用集中大巷的布置方式,两条大巷布置在最下煤层的底板岩层中。主井采用箕斗提升,副井采用罐笼提升,运煤采用皮带运输,实现了全矿井的连续运输。全矿划分为五个采区,采区采用后退式开采。
在设计说明书中,系统地阐述了本次设计中的开拓方案,采煤方法的选择以及设备的配置情况,并对不同的方案作了技术经济比较,各项技术决策均有可行的依据,并且附有一定的数据和资料,最终在老师的指导下,并运用平时及课堂上积累的知识,查找有关资料和文献,确保设计出一个安全高效的现代化矿井。

ABSTRACT
The design is the coal mine of *****矿 2.40Mt /a new well.The coal mine of *****矿 located in Fu Xin City, Liaoning Province Fu Xin territory and transportation is convenient.Ida toward approximately is 5.664km and tendency is about 3.813km, the total area of mine is 18.9855km2;Ida can have a two-tier coal layer which thickne, respectively, for the 9m and
