I Love My Teaching Career

Good morning(afternoon),ladies and gentlemen.It’s a great honor for me to stand here to talk about my teaching career.Someone says：I want to be a great man，but in vain；I hope to be a wife of a great man，still it seems to end up with failure．Eventually, I mean to be a teacher of the great．

From primary and middle school to college，every progre is filled with teachers’ care and nurture．Teachers are eential to society and individual growth．Even for a genius，when born，the crying man can never be a exquisite epic.Whether you're a great man or leader, the enlightenment and nurture from teachers are equally important and unforgettable．Graduating from Zhengzhou Teachers College, in 2006，I was aigned to a vocational school as a teacher.Teaching needs devotion．‛To teach students well, you have to devote all year heart and all your time．‛Such are the words said by Weishusheng．The words haunt me all the time, inspiring and encouraging me to contribute to teaching career．

“No one le”

At the beginning of the second term in 2007．one student far away from Zhengzhou was absent from school for two days．Some students told me that the student was planning to find a job because his family was too poor to afford his study.At the news I hurried up to his home by bus．Upon

my arrival, I was greeted by his grandparents both over seventy．Talking with them，I knew that the student's father was addicted to gambling，lost all he had，made his wife leave home，and disappeared one day．The poor grandparents had to work hard to raise the student and his brother．‛They are good boys．We don't want them to leave school，but……．The old grandparents were in tears.I was shocked and decided to try my best to help them.I told them that being a useful man, a person needed to stay at school and their grandchild was an excellent student, and I would apply for his school fee or I would pay it for him to let him have a bright future.What I said comforted the grandparents．

I had been a head teacher for several years.During those years.I learned that loving students is teachers' responsibility.We must teach the students knowledge and skills, and more importantly how toconduct themselves.As the saying goes, behave and conduct yourselfbefore

educating and nurturing others．Teachers should set a good example to their students．And they should respect students ‘will．

An example is better than a precept．Once, the school schedule was changed．I required all my students to arrive at school half an hour earlier．Despite the fact that I live outside school．I arrived as punctually as my students．Without any criticism．the students who were late arrived punctually．Besides．I keep my words and promises to the students．Honest and trust worthine are highly valued in my education．

‚Enriching myself constantly‛不断丰富自己

New course standards state that teachers should enable students to study on their own.As a matter of fact, teachers should form the habit of studying all their lives.In my eyes, teachers should enlarge their knowledge to adapt new teaching situations．Teachers should enrich their knowledge to make their teaching lively and interesting．There are all my teaching experience．

I love my students and my teaching career．Only if I am sill a teacher,I'll continue my study．I hope that my students can have a bright future

through my hard work．

我爱我的英语教学生涯

有人曾说过这样一段话：我曾想当一名伟人，没有成功；于是想当伟

人的妻子，好像也没有希望；现在我想通了，我要做伟人的老师。从小学到初中、高中直至大学，我走的每一步都饱含着老师们的辛勤

培养。世上有谁的成长能够离得开老师呢？即便是奇才，也不可能生下来的第一声啼哭，就是一道优美的史诗；即便是伟人，也离不开老师最初的启蒙和引导；即便是领袖，也同样至死不忘老师的恩情和教诲。2006年7月我毕业于郑州师范学院，被分配到一所职业学校教英语。在十几年的教学实践中，我深深感受到：教好书，就必须付出爱。教学，就是爱的奉献。

“我以我心付童心”这是魏书生老师常说的一句话。魏老师的这句话，在我几年的教学生涯中时刻鼓励着我，鞭策着我：把我全部的爱，都献给了我的学生们。

一个都不能少

那是2007年第二学期的开始，我班有一个外地的学生，由于家庭困难，已有两天没来上学了。让学生去问情况，说他准备外出打工。当我得知这个消息后，就连忙骑上自行车赶往十几里外他的家中去做工作。在他家里，接待我的是他的远房爷爷、奶奶。两位老人都己年过七十。家庭收入就靠老人种地，生活非常贫困。那位学生的父亲平时酗酒如命，经常和其母亲打架。两年前他外出不知去向，母亲改嫁他人，留下他和弟弟，跟了这位远房的爷爷。他爷爷说，两个孩子都上学，他实在没办法来解决他俩的学费。是啊！看着眼前的两间破屋子，看着屋中的破破烂烂，看着两位年过七十的老人，我心里有一种说不出的滋味。这个品学兼优的学生，居然生活在如此艰难的环境里，那是多么得不容易啊！作为教师，我一定想办法留住这个学生，留下他在校学习，他将来就有可能成为人才。相反，如果辍学，去打工，就有可能断送了孩子的美好前程。谁没有难处，有困难时拉一把，这也是人之常情。于是，我抓住老人的手说：“老人家，您放心吧！他的学费我想办法，如果学校不解决，我给他交！”学费一解決，两位老人的心总算宽了一些。

接下来，我几次找校长，终于解决了他的学费问题。这个学生留下了，这完全是属于教师履行了他的职责，更准确地说，是一种爱心。正是缘于这种爱心，我在班里提出了“一个都不能少”的目标，成功解决了一个个学生的辍学问题。从而，保证了我班最后毕业，学生巩固率100％的好成绩．

育人先做人 正人先正己

当了这几年的老师，也当了好多年的班主任。其间我明白了：爱学生是教师的责任。作为教师不仅仅是教授学生知识、技能，更重要的是教会学生怎样做人，俗话说：“有才无德是罪人，有德无才是庸人。”在育人方面，我始终坚持育人先做人，正人先正己“。教师应该成为自己的第一个学生，你叫别人做什么，你先问问自己愿不愿意这样做，你对学生说什么，你先想一想自己愿不愿意听．

有一次，学校改了作息时间，在班上我要求学生每天早晨提前半小时到校学习。第二天，我和学生一样准时来到班里。刚开始的几天，有几个学生总迟到，当他们看到老师住在校外都能按时来到时，他们也都不再晚来了。这几个学生我没批评他们半句，他们就自己做好了，这就是“身教胜于言教”吧！

另外，在教育学生时，我始终做到诚实守信，决不哄骗学生，答应过学生的事情就一定要做到。因为如果你的许诺不能按时兑现，时间长了，你说的话再也没人听了，学生就会认为老师说话不算数，班主任的威信就要降低。在教育教学过程中，我始终坚持诚实守信。因此，在我的影响下我所教的学生也都形成了这种品格。

不断给自己“充电”

新课程标准中提到：老师要教会学生终身学习的方法，学生要终身学习。那么，老师呢？事实上，老师终身学习就显得更为重要。在我看来，当老师光凭着自己爱学生的热情还是不够的，远远不能适应现在的教育新形势。以前说老师教学生“一杯水”，自己必须有”一桶水“，现在提疑：你那“一桶水”，究竟是“活水”还是“死水”，你应当拥有“一桶活水”。那就要不断给自己“充电”，不断给自己的“桶”补充“新水”。这正是我在教学实践中体会到的。

当老师就是要多奉献，当老师就是要多付出。当你付出了你的爱，你就会从内心感到欣慰。俗语说得好“世间自有公道，付出总有回报”。

“桃李不言，下自成蹊”，一息尚存，毫不懈怠。我爱我的事业，我爱这些学生。我希望自己有一双巨大的手，将学生全托在掌心中，拖上蔚蓝的天空，托向金色的太阳！
