【摘要】：（宋粗体四号）本文首先对发达国家商业银行业务创新的成功经验进行剖析，从其创新的制度、机制和方向上总结出四大特点，然后分析了国有商业银行业务创新的现状，从产权制度、银行内部制度、技术手段等六方面指出我国商业银行业务创新的制约因素。针对这些问题，从资产业务、负债业务和中间业务三方面对银行业务创新的思路进行了阐述。最后，分析了推进银行业务创新所需的制度保障。（宋体小四，行距1.5倍，首行缩进两个字符）
