自十九世纪中叶以来，世界性的工业化与自动化将城市里的工作环境改变，并导使城市以惊人的速度成长。
Since the middle of the 19th century, the proce of industrialization and more automation have changed the urban industry worldwide rapidly and has made the cities grow enormously fast.二十世纪进入二十一世纪之交，所研发出来的现代化资讯与通讯技术，提供城市的全球性发展更进一步的动力；而这个科技动力被凝聚于做为城里最先进市区的万达广场里。
Modern information and communication technologies give this development a further global impulse now at the change-over from the 20th to the 21st century.This can be seen at the development of most modern quarters such as Wanda Plaza.本设计的指导目标，在于使整体设计活泼化、都市性格具体化，与功能分配理想化。计划的最初始意图，在于合理、清晰地安排整个空间功能需求，并创造出广大的户外空间。
The main aim of our plan was to substantiate the vivid urban character of the project and optimise its functional allocation.The original concept's intention and the complex requirements of the program were to be structured sensibly and concise, so that generous free spaces could be created.以下为设计目标，从中可以对本设计的建筑造型、结构性组织与空间分配有一个基本概念：
The architectural design as well as the structural formation and allocation was made with reference to the following aims:
一、独一无二的整体建筑造型
二、建筑语汇的统一性与建筑元素的多样性
三、简洁明了的空间组织
1.unmistakable overall appearance
2.unity of the architectural language and variety of its elements
3.simplicity and comprehensibility of the room contexts
以抽象的石雕形式将三大建筑围塑在一起，基座中延伸出高塔造型一样，形成韵律感；在市景中，可因统一性与棱角分明的外观而拥有地标式的作用。
The three parts of the building are taken as abstract stone sculptures.Each tower rises out of a base.In appearance those three towers are one rhythm;however they are reduced to a unity and make up a “landmark” in the heterogeneous townscape.酒店与办公高塔的立面设计从内部功能出发，独特的外立面赋予整体设计个性化外观，高塔建筑的注册标记在于建筑顶端的正方体；里头空间做为高级豪华套房与会议室。
The facades of the hotel and office make reference to the building's function and characterize the overall appearance of the complex.The façades are characterized by cubic-stone heads of the building, which contain highly exclusive apartments and conference rooms.大尺度切入建筑的单体元素（水平方向为购物中心旁门的连拱廊，垂直方向则为高塔入口）与立面的退进强调了建筑的形态结构。
The building ma is structured by a setback in the façade as well as large scale slits, which cut horizontally at the arcade's side entrances and vertically at the tower entrances.建筑使用天然建材，散发温暖与亲切的个性。淡色的天然石材在阳光下闪闪发光，可以吸引人们的目光。
The natural materials used, are warm and friendly.Light natural stone in the sunlight and direct attention to this particular building complex.建筑体凹凸有致，具有雕塑性造型，经由外立面的光影效果，形成生动活泼的画面，并不与整体效果冲突。
Deep embrasures as well as the sculptural effect of the building ma create a vivid picture of light and shadows but without distraction from the overall form.建筑一楼部分拥有人性化尺度的连拱廊，做为人们休憩的荫凉处；连拱廊大方宽阔的窗洞，邀请着人们至此休憩停留，并由此进入购物中心。
In the ground floor zones there are humanly scaled, shady arcades, which with generously sized windows entice shopping and browsing.1, 城市规划构想 Town Planning Concept
1.1, 绿化设计 Green Planning
建筑体被一外环绿带围绕着，以此做为户外空间，与城市公共空间相结合。而且酒店与办公大楼的高级豪华性质，可以经由精心的绿化设计来表现。
Both building maes are surrounded by a green belt, which through thorough planning will be for the exclusive use of the hotel as well as the office towers.1.2, 交通设计 Transport Planning
交通设计的目标在于，尽可能消化整区的交通流量，以使日常交通无阻。The transport concept aims at separating the traffic streams in the whole area, and thus ensuring a smooth traffic flow.为使交通顺畅，每个单元都设有独立的车行入口：酒店与办公大楼各自拥有一位于基地南方公园里的专用车道；在车道上并设有呼叫出租车的地方。
Every unit has a separate drive-up in order to separate the traffic flow: the hotel and the office towers each get an exclusive drive-up;both are situated in a park at the southern front of the complex.In the course of these two drive-up it is poible to accommodate taxi stands.各个购物中心入口处都有专属车道，有极大的停车量，以使拜访酒店与购物中心的两大人潮互不妨碍。
Each shopping mall gets a drive-up with a high capacity on the Lag… Road, so, the visitor streams of the hotel and the shopping mall do not affect each other.设计要求里的自行车停车位被安排于基地北边外环绿带上。
The required parking spaces for bicycles are accommodated on the surrounding green belt at the northern front.鉴于建国路上的高交通流量，在此路上不设置进入建筑物的车道。
Due to the high volume of traffic on the Jianguo Road there are no direct entries to the building are planned from here.2, 功能分配 Distribution of Use
2.1, 餐饮服务部 Food Mall
建筑体的地下连接部分，提供丰富的餐饮服务。在餐饮服务部的东西两边安排日常用品供应店，中间则安排一些小型风味餐馆与小吃店。
This level with its vast offer of food service is equally an underground link between the two building maes.At the east as well as at the west end of the mall two big food-stores are situated as magnets.In between there are little specialty restaurants and bistros.在东西群房内，通过电梯和自动扶梯可以便捷地到达购物中心。
Escalators and lifts make the shopping mall acceible in the eastern and the northern commercial podium.此区边缘地带则安排技术维修中心、输送管道空间与其它设备空间等。
The fringe areas contain technical centers, delivery and adjoining rooms.2.2, 购物中心（商务部）Shopping Malls
经由郎家园路上的专用车道，可进入商务部。离入口处不远，安排了垂直动线系统，如电扶梯与访客专用的玻璃升降梯等。

The ground level areas contain arcades in order to scale the vast building height.Behind the shops' façades, there are shop areas and multi-functional adventure rooms with open-air spaces.The shopping areas of the levels 3 to 6 could optionally be connected with each other by gla-steel-bridges over the Langjiayuan Road, so, manifold acce options can be constructed.So, a variety of acce options could be created.2.3, 酒店（索菲特酒店）Hotel(Sofitel Hotel)
酒店被安排在西边商务部之上。
The hotel is positioned above the western commercial podium.由一与建国路平行的分离式巷道而进入，访客可由此巷道直接到达酒店采光中庭的大厅接待处。
The approach is from a parallel street, to Juanguo Road.From there the hotel guests will enter the daylight-flooded atrium, which houses a reception and lobby.经由快速升降电梯可以直达七至八楼的商务部。这里有一造型独特的大厅，由此大厅，可以到达餐厅、音乐厅以及附带游泳池的健身房等。
Using the expre lifts, one gets to the area above the commercial podium(levels 7 and 8).There, one will find a separate lobby, from where one can acce the numerous restaurants, conference rooms as well as the fitne club with a swimming-pool.七楼设置一些餐馆与一座可容纳四百人的宴会厅。所有餐馆都拥有一向外突出的阳台，天气良好情况下，亦可在户外用餐。所有餐馆合用一集中厨房。The restaurants and the banqueting hall with a capacity for about 400 people are on level 7.All restaurants have a balcony, where it is poible on sunny days to dine in the open and enjoy the view.All restaurants are served from one central kitchen.八楼的会议厅围绕着楼层中央的健身俱乐部，拥有极佳的天然采光。经由会议厅旁的楼梯可以到达餐饮部，提供使用者丰富多样的服务。配有游泳池的健身俱乐部，覆以大片面积的玻璃采光顶，提供五星级的高级服务。
On level 8, there are conference rooms with optimal provision of day-light, which line the fitne area.The conference rooms are connected to the restaurant area by stairs, in order to provide users with an optimal service.The fitne-club with the swimming-pool receive light through a large gla roof and offers all conveniences that can be expected from a 5-star-hotel.所有的房间与套房都被设置在塔状酒店大楼内。

The office tower in the eastern part of the building is acceed via a separated drive-way parallel to Juaguo Road.From the double-storey foyer, expre lifts reach the office floors above the commercial podium.带退台的七、八层群房和办公塔楼的结合使用，提供了100至4000平方米不同大小的办公空间。楼板切入一部分，形成了流通的空间，加强了竖向的联系。至于大型公司总部的设址，可以安排在大楼的顶部几层，可设专用直达升降电梯。
The combination of office tower and set-back floors on levels 7 and 8 enables the unproblematic creation of office spaces ranging from 100 to 4,000 sqm.Openings set into the ceilings create air spaces and vertical connections.Head offices of large companies could be accommodated in the top floors and acceed by dedicated lifts.t3, 外立面设计 façade design
3.1, 双层外立面（办公楼的主动式气候调节外立面）

相对于普通双层立面由外部通风，主动式气候调节立面的隔层是通过大楼内部的废气来通风的。北京严重的空气污染是我们建议采取该种外立面系统的主要原因之一。
In contrast to a regular double-skin façade which is ventilated from outside the cavity of the climate active façade is ventilated by exhaust air from the inside of the building.That way intake of heavy Beijing air pollution is avoided which is one of the main reasons for the decision concerning the façade system.根据我们的普遍经验，双层外立面是极为复杂和昂贵的结构，通常只能由一些出口公司制造。
According to our widespread experience a double skin façade is a very complicated and expensive construction which can only be built by expert companies.为了避免一切冒险，我们选择了一个经过试验和在办公楼的实际运用中都已经经受住了很大的和长时间的考验的外立面系统。
In order to avoid any risk we select a façade system which is perfectly appropriate and goes well whith the particular office use in the building.另外，由于该主动式气候调节外立面的组合单元是规范的玻璃结构，所以国内公司完全能够毫无问题的进行组装。
Furthermore the climate active façade can be constructed by Chinese façade companies without any problems since the singular elements of this façade are standard gla constructions.如上所述，该外立面的特点就是机械通风的空气隔层。隔层内部的低压促使是内废气进入隔层。空气在隔层内升温，通过机械通风排走，带走了遮阳叶片上大量的太阳热量。
As described above the characteristic of the façade is the air cavity, wich is ventilated mechanically.Lower preure inside tha cavity draws a part of the exhaust air from the room into the cavity.Here the air warms up, taking most heat from the sun blinds and is then drawn off by means of mechanical ventilation.这些优点对于我们的项目来说是显而易见的：

a，尽可能的减少了玻璃幕墙内表面与室内空气的温差。由此，缔造了近幕墙空间舒适的温度环境，从而使得业主能够直接临近大面玻璃幕墙办公。主动式气候调节幕墙通过最大量的赠加可使用面积提高了楼层使用的效率。
Minimalisation of the temperature differences between the air in the room and the surface of the inner gla wall.That way a comfortable temperature next to the facade is generated so that people can work directly beside the room high gla wall.The climate active façade improves the efficiency of floor use by maximizing the usable space.b，中央控制的遮阳叶片由内立面玻璃保护以避免损坏。
