摘 要
我国改革开放以来,随着经济的快速发展和居民收入的持续增长,居民可自行支配的金融资产与日俱增。中国私人财富的迅速增长导致对理财需求的激增,这无疑为我国商业银行的发展带来了良好的机遇。对商业银行来说,高端客户的利润贡献度较之以前有明显的增加。目前,我国各商业银行纷纷加快了拓展个人理财业务的步伐,相继推出各具特色的个人理财产品与服务,特别是在个人高端客户市场各理财产品创新上展开了异常激烈的竞争。
本文运用金融学中的商业银行经营管理、市场营销等相关基础理论,通过文献研究、比较分析、数据分析、案例研究和SWOT分析等方法,对高端客户理财的现实问题进行系统分析,并从目前我国商业银行高端客户的基本情况、需求偏好、风险偏好、理财情况和对理财产品的满意度各方面入手,总结出我国商业银行在高端客户个人理财方面的发展现状与存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。

Abstract Since China adopted the reform and opening-up policy, the rapid economic development and sustained growth of people's income make residents' financial aets form a larger scale.The rapid growth of China's private wealth has led to a surge in demand for wealth management, which will undoubtedly bring a good opportunity for the development of China's commercial banks.Commercial banks, profit contribution than the previous high-end customers has increased significantly.At present, China's commercial banks have accelerated the pace of expansion of personal financial services, have launched a distinctive personal wealth management products and services, especially high-end customers in the personal wealth management products on the market each innovation launched a fierce competition.In this paper, the basic theory of finance-related management in commercial banking, marketing, etc., through literature, comparative analysis, data analysis, methods, case studies and SWOT analysis, financial management of high-end customers real problem for system analysis, and from the current the basic situation of China's commercial banks in high-end customers, the demand preferences, risk preferences, financial situation and the satisfaction of all aspects of financial products, summed up the current development of China's commercial banks and problems in personal financial aspects of high-end customers, and the corresponding countermeasures.Keywords China's commercial banks High-end customers Financial Services
