中文摘要

酒在人类文化的历史长河中，它不但是一种客观的物质存在，而且是一种文化象征，“酒”作为一个既传承历史又通向未来的道具是一个值得我们认真研究的课题，进行中西方酒文化的差异研究对中西交流交往有很大的帮助。本篇论文首先对中国酒文化和西方酒文化做了总体上的介绍，接着从浅层方面和深层方面对中西方酒文化的差异进行了比较。中西酒文化的差异反映出中西方人不同的精神追求和价值观念，探析中西方的酒文化有助于中外人民更好地进行交流沟通。

ABSTRACT

Wine is not only an objective substance but also a symbol of culture.Wine, which develops the history and conducts to the future, is worthy to be researched.Doing a research on wine culture between China and the West is useful to mutual communication.This thesis firstly makes a general introduction of China’s wine culture and the western culture, and then makes the difference of wine culture between them from the superficial aspect and the profound aspect.The differences of wine culture reflect that different spiritual pursuits and values exist in China and the western countries.Analyzing wine culture among different countries is beneficial to a better communication in the future.Key words: Chinese wine culture, the western wine culture, comparison and contrast, culture communication
