各位同事们好！
万众期待的2014员工体检即将开始。本次体检与2013不同：长沙、深圳两地分属不同体检机构进行。
凡湖南海翼电子商务有限公司、深圳海翼翱翔科技有限公司、深圳海翼翱翔商贸有限公司2014年6月30日前（含）入职，且2014年9月30日在职、在岗人员，均可参加本次体检。行政将于9月29日12:00前以表单形式通知、确认到人。
原则上，员工以入职地为准选择体检机构。但如果有部分同事长期异地出差，可在9月29日12:00前报备出差地区行政，参与当地体检。请勿无报备即异地体检、或长沙深圳两地重复报备，该行为将影响公司体检的正常进行。
长沙地区体检详情如下：
1）体检地点：长沙市第三人民医院门诊7楼体检中心。
医院位于长沙市劳动西路176号（近劳动广场），建院时间超过90年，为省会长沙一所集医疗、教学、科研、保健、预防于一体的大型公立综合三级医院。
2）体检时间：2014年10月08日-31日期间，工作日（周一至周五）7:30-10:00。

4）注意事项： 检查前一日晚最好禁食酒类、高脂高蛋白饮食，勿过度疲劳，注意休息； B超检查肝胆、胰腺或腹部肿块需禁食12小时（即检查前晚7时后不再进食）； B超检查膀胱或前列腺等盆部器官前，要求膀胱充盈，故不要排空小便，必要时检查前可多饮水；
照 光片宜穿棉质上衣，不宜穿有金属钮扣的内衣，不佩戴项链、玉佩等。孕妇和准备怀孕的女士禁忌照片、透视！
体检当日请勿进食早餐，在抽血和B超后方可进食（医院有提供）；
如正在服用某些药物（如降压药、降糖药），应及时告诉体检医师，以免影响医师正确评估体检结果；
5）体检顺序：门诊大厅接待处报“湖南海翼+个人姓名”，领取体检表→七楼体检中心抽血、量血压、常规检查、其他检查、做B超→交体检表至体检中心。
具体体检程序请遵从导检人员安排。

Time: 08.Oct.14-31.Oct.14，from Mon to Fri，7：30—10：00am.Addre: 7th Floor Clinic Building, the 3rd hospital of changsha,No.176 laodong west Rd.(nearby Laodong Square.)Public Transportation: you can take No.2、8、15、123、134、145、160、202、314、137、402、803、804 bus and get off at Yangtianhu or Baishalu or Yanziling.Notices before Medical Exam 1.The day before Medical Exam, please avoid oily, indigestible diet and alcohol.Please do not take any medication which will effect on the liver or kidney function.2.The day before Medical Exam, ensure enough sleeping time;avoid strenuous exercise.3.The day before Medical Exam, no eating after 8 pm and no drinking after 10 pm.4.At the day of Medical Exam, please do not wear hosiery.5.In the morning of Medical Exam, no breakfast and water.6.Please tell the company name and your name to the nurses at reception;pick up the Medical Exam manual(nurses will be at the reception).7.DO NOT UNDERTAKE THE X-RAY TEST IF PREGNANCY OR PREPARE TO BE PREGNANT.8.Please avoid wearing accesories, such as necklace or brooch, when you undertake chest x-ray.It may affect the results.9.Do not take food or water before undertaking preprandial items.10.Please pre the pin prick with cotton ball for 2 to 3 minutes after blood drawing.11.After preprandial items, please have breakfast at the canteen.12.Please keep cleaning after taking breakfast and no smoking.13.Please follow the instruction of the Medical Exam list;do not leave out any item.14.Please ask the nurses when you have any questions.15.After all items, please return your Medical Exam manual to the reception.Do not take the Medical Exam manual away.16.Please be quite during the procedure.For the health screening notification of Shenzhen，Yura will send the notice later.Thanks for your cooperation.Hi，all，Thanks for your hard work, we invite you to participate in medical exam of 2014(Changsha Area)sincerely.Medical Exam Notice（Changsha Area）
