Dear teachers , students and friends of the other debates: Good afternoon!I am liu Chang ,the third debater from the negative side.Please let me reiterate(英[riː'ɪtəreɪt])our point of the view again: a person‟s fate depends on the environment.Obviously, friends of the other debates made the mistake of idealism(英[aɪ'dɪəlɪz(ə)m;-'diːə-]).Above all, we should know what is fate.According to “modern Chinese dictionary”，fate usually refers to the life experiences of the overall situation.It is the sum of the “proce” of life activities.“Depends on” refers to something that plays a leading role.Environment includes natural and social environment.We havethe following reasons: Firstly, people have been born in a particular social environment, which has decided the foundation and development trend of personal destiny.During the “Cultural revolution”, everyone was arranged to go to the countryside.This is the best proof.Secondly, a man should constantly understand and contact with the external environment.We all need to integrate(英['ɪntɪgreɪt])into the external environment.The fate of individuals is determined by the environment.Thirdly, a personal choice must follow the laws of the environment.The laws are inviolable(英[ɪn'vaɪələb(ə)l]).Personal development must conform to the laws.Objective realitycan„t be transferred by a person‟s awarene.As the saying goes, “Man proposes(prəˈpōz), God disposes” we are not living as ”free men." Because we have to adapt to the environment.We choose to adapt to the laws of social and natural development.In conclusion, I emphasize our point once again: a person‟s fate depends on the environment.That‟s all.Thanks for listening.(1)Dear friends of the other debates, is each of us living in family environment, school environment, work environment, national environment?
