摘 要

通过研究微波干燥的工艺流程以及微波干燥技术的的发展趋势,本文介绍了微波干燥机测控系统的一种新思路,讨论了以单片机STC12C5A08S2为核心的测控系统的设计与实现。电路采用两个单片机,STC12C5A08S2作为主机,用于实时监测;STC89C54RD+作为从机,用于信号采集和控制。人机通讯设备采用了功能性较强的触摸屏,并通过组态王软件设置了主菜单、实时监控、系统操作、系统报警等智能优化的人机界面。电气控制系统分为人机通信模块、真空度检测模块、温湿度及传送带速度数据采集模块、传送带电机驱动模块、磁控管开关控制模块等模块组成。从而实现对物料温湿度的检测与控制,提高测控系统的可靠性和智能化水平,达到高效干燥的目的。

Abstract

By studying the microwave drying proce as well as the development trend of microwave drying technology,this article describes a new idea of the microwave dryer control system when discued with the design and implementation of the core control system of microcontroller STC12C5A08S2.Circuit uses two microcontrollers,STC12C5A08S2 is as the host for real-time monitoring,STC89C54RD+ is as a slave for signal acquisition and control.Machine communications equipment uses the functional touchscreen.Through the kingview software set up the main menu, real-time monitoring, system operation, system alarm and so on intelligent optimization of man-machine interface.Electrical control system is divided into human-machine communication modules,vacuum detection module,temperature and humidity, and conveyor speed data acquisition module, belt motor drive module, magnetron switch control module and other modules.So as to realize to inspect and control the temperature and humidity of the materials.Improve the reliability of measurement and control system and intelligent level and achieve the purposes of efficient drying.Keywords: Microwave drying;Measurement and Control System;SCM;Module circuitI
