and Trade Fair 17 CHINA LANZHOU INVESTMENT AND TRADE FAIR The 17th China Lanzhou Investment and Trade Fair，co-sponsored by the State Administration for Commerce and Industry, National Tourism Administration, Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade，some municipalities and provinces and Gansu, is to be held from July 5th to 10th at Gansu International Exhibition Center(Add: Yanchanglu，Chengguan District, Lanzhou City).This trade fair will uphold the spirit of the 17th National Congre of the CPC and the Fifth Plenary Seion of 17th Central Committee of CPC as the guidance, implement a scientific outlook on development, accelerate the 12th Five Year Planning and put into practice Several Opinions on Further Supporting the Economic and Social Development of Gansu iued by the General Office of the State Council.With Opening-up, Exploitation, Cooperation and Development as the theme, aiming at building the bases of energy production, new materials of non-ferrous metal proceing, advantageous agricultural products and demonstration of circular economy, the trade fair will conduct economic exchanges and cooperation with countries and regions in the world, and provinces and areas in China, relying on regional advantages and industrial superiorities of northwestern region, so as to boost domestic demand and investment, promote technological advancement and theconomic restructuring, change the mode of development, further implement Western Development Strategy and achieve a leap-forward development.The major venue is established in Gansu International Exhibition Center, with 1,200 standard booths covering 44,000 square meters.There are also 10,000 square meters ground available for out-door exhibition.The exhibition will be consisted of sections for communication, equipment manufacturing, new technology and products, tourism industry, financing, information technology and emerging industries.Investment, trade negotiation and promotion will also be held.We sincerely invite merchants, businemen and people from all walks of life both at home and and tourism, non-public sector projects, e-commerce promotion, Gansu native merchants’ aociation and chambers, seminar and forums, specialized exhibitions as well as other investment and trade promotion activities will be held.Participation Fees and Services for Exhibition Fee for standard booth(3m×3m)is 4,500 RMB.For booth containing columns, 300 RMB discount will be given.Fee for bare space(min 36 square meter)is 450 RMB/㎡.Meantime, services of exhibition utensils rental, flowers rental and sale, ritual arrangement, warehouse, logistics, document printing and fax, post and telecommunication, accommodation and sightseeing, air and train tickets booking are also available.Information for Participants Overseas participants are kindly expected to confirm their presence 第十七届中国兰州投资贸易洽谈会
由国家工商总局、国家旅游局、国务院台办、全国工商联、中国贸促会和天津等省市区与甘肃省联合主办的第十七届中国兰州投资贸易洽谈会（简称“兰洽会”）将于2011年7月5日—10日在甘肃国际会展中心（兰州市城关区盐场路165号）举办。
本届兰洽会将以党的十七大和十七届五中全会精神为指导，深入贯彻科学发展观，积极推进“十二五”规划，落实《国务院办公厅关于进一步支持甘肃经济社会发展的若干意见》，坚持“开放、开发、合作、发展”主题，依托西北区域优势和产业特色，围绕能源基地建设、有色冶金新材料基地建设、特色农产品生产与加工基地建设、循环经济示范区建设，开展国际间、省际间、区域间的经济交流与合作，扩大内需，促进投资，加快技术进步，调整经济结构，着力转变经济发展方式，深入推进西部大开发，促进西部地区跨越式发展。
兰洽会主展馆设在甘肃国际会展中心。展馆面积4.4万平方米，1200个标准展位，室外展场10000平方米。展馆设交通、装备制造、新技术新产品、旅游产业、金融行业、信息产业、新兴产业等展区，进行投资推介展示和商品贸易洽谈。
诚邀海内外各界人士、投资商、贸易商参加第十七届兰洽会，交流考察，洽谈投资，共谋发展。

主要活动内容
第十七届兰洽会将组织开展投资推介洽谈、产品展示展销、交流研讨、文化旅游等活动，内容包括投资项目推介洽谈活动，新能源及装备制造合作交流活动，循环经济发展交流活动，特色农业合作洽谈活动，文化旅游博览交易活动，非公企业项目洽谈活动，网络推介对接活动，陇商经贸合作和商协会交流活动，同时举办论坛研讨、专业展会等系列投资贸易促进活动。
参展费用及服务
展馆标准展位（3米×3米）按4500元/个收费，展位中含有柱子的减收300元/柱，展示光地按每平方米450元收费，认购面积36平方米起。
同时，提供展具租赁、花卉租售、礼仪服务、仓储物流、打印传真、电信邮政、住宿旅游、民航铁路售票等服务。
参会参展办法
境外宾客参会参展请于2011年6月前报名，同时向甘肃省政府外事办和兰洽会办公室（甘肃省经济合作局）回执确认，办理参展手续。国内各省市区参会参展单位可由省市区代表团统一报名，也可与兰洽会办公室联系报名，并于2011年6月前向兰洽会办公室回执确认，办理参展手续。甘肃省各市州和有关单位邀请的宾客可直接向邀请单位回执。
回执可以采用传真、邮寄或电子信函等方式。参会代表凭邀请函报到，领取会议资料及有关证件。
