We live in a Chinese environment and we also practice writing and reciting poems and paages when we were in primary school.We recite Chinese poems and paages even till today and we still practice writing.We practice a lot even for our mother tongue, which obviously shows that more time should be spent on a foreign language since we are not living in an English speaking country.If you want to be fluent in English Bear in mind that theres no short cut but practice.However, before real practicing, you need to know English.You need to know the basic knowledge of Enlish, which includes GRAMMAR, VOCABULARY and USAGE.People say

“Grammar is not important, foreigners tell me they don't know grammar either!” Here is the thing, ask Laowan or our Dean Shiwen, do they know grammar of Chinese? OF COURSE THEY DO!And yes I DO.People who tell you he or she doesn't know grammar of his mother tongue? What can we tell from it? It means he’s not well educated！!How do we call those people who can speak instead of writing and reading? YES YOU GET IT , we call them 文盲！Don't be a 文盲！Try to be a well educated person.Ask people around you who do well in speaking enlgish, what's stopping them from going forward? What troubles them when they try to deliver their meage? The answer is Vocabulary.When you reach a high level you already know how to expre your idea but you can't find the exact word, this happens sometimes when we are speaking Chinese right? You know the word is right there but you

just can't come up with it.So try to remember as many words and usage as you can, this does no harm to you and vocabulary helps you to expre yourself.Then practice part, after mastering all the knowledge of English, do practice!And be patient.Although it’s old, but it’s true that Rome isn’t built in one day.People ask me “Y can’t I tell the difference between my

pronunciation and foreigners’ ” Because if you wanna tell a different from two objects? You need the reference to make a comparison between your pronunciation and

foreigners.Here I strongly recommend you one way to overcome it, this is the way I did!I’m here not

advertising, but I went to 韦博 9 years ago.I almost spend every day there no le than 9 hours everyday in there.They have an online system for students to

practicespeaking.You read after each sentence and you are pushed to have your voice recorded,and then you can hear your own voice and then you compare it with the original track.So that you know your difference.Then you correct your pronunciation.But that’s not the end, the system push you to read every sentence at least 20 times or more.But usually I did hundreds of times.So it not only ensure that you know the right pronunciation and you know how to pronunciation and may not forget it in a short time.Some of you still argue I still find the difference, Then I swear to God I don't know how to deal with it? Right? So be confident in front of foreigners because we are supermen, say what you want loudly and never be afraid.See? Foreigners were so confident even

though they could only say “你好！”And make best use of your resources, not only books, but also your teachers, friends or even yourself, I practice with myself all the time, I might stay in the bathroom for a couple of hours just talking to myself in front of the mirror in English.There’s no excuse to say I don’t have foreign friends to talk to.You yourself are available too.Today we consider English as a tool, a tool for us to communicate, for us to persuade others.We are not considering it as a subject that your parents your

teachers push you to learn but a tool that may help you in the future.So pls know the basic knowledge about English and

practice as much as you can during your leisure time and then just be confident when you see those “你好”s!
