尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们： Dear teachers and schoolmates:

大家早上好！今天我们在国旗下讲话的题目是《文明有礼，宽以待人》。Good morning, today our topic is ：“Be civilized and polite, and be tolerant to others.”

我国育家陶行知先生有一句名言:“千教万教教人求真，千学万学学做真人。”说的就是教师首先教育学生要做一个真诚的人，而学生的学习也应该首先学做人，学做文明之人，学做社会中人，只有这样，我们才能真正做到“爱国守法，明礼诚信，团结友善”。

The educator Mr.Tao xingzhi had a famous saying: “We should teach people to be honest in all ways, and people should learn to be honest in all ways.”That’s to say , the teacher should firstly teach the students how to be honest people.At the same time, the students should also learn how to be a person at first, learn to be a civilized person, learn to be a social person.Only in this way, we can really be patriotic and law-abiding, bright and honest, united and friendly.生活在碧桂园学校，我们共同汲取着学校多年来所沉淀的文化精神，呼吸着自由清新的空气，我们怎能容忍清新的校园空气混合着不良风气？不，我们不能！

Living in Bilingual school, together we learn years of cultural spirit our school has.Breathing the fresh air freely, how can we stand the unhealthy practices in the fresh campus? No, we can’t!当我们踏进校门，一句虽简单却温情无限的“老师早！”便脱口而出。当我们与同学们相处时，“谢谢”、“不客气”等礼貌用语随处可闻。文明礼貌是如此的简单易行，却又是如此暖人身心！

When we step into our school, we say : “ Good morning, teacher!”It’s simple but warm.When we get along with our clamates, we usually say and hear : “ Thanks and you ‘re welcome everywhere.Being civilized and polite is so easy, but so warm.所谓“宽以待人”，则是面对各种误解和委屈而毫无怨恨之心，不斤斤计较；不过高要求别人，允许别人有缺点；给别人时间和空间，让他去改进自己的缺点；给别人机会。同学们：宽容是深藏爱心的体谅，宽容是一种文明胸怀，更是一种人生的境界，宽容了别人就等于宽容了自己。只要我们从身边做起，从小事做起，就能养成良好的行为习惯。

The so-called “be tolerant to others”, it means when we face all kinds of misunderstandings , we don’t hate or care at all.We should not expect much from others, we should allow them to have weakne.We should give them time and room to correct their mistakes.Give them chances.Dear schoolmates: tolerance is understanding with deep love, tolerance is a kind of civilization, even a kind of state of life.Forgiving others is forgiving ourselves.As long as we do from little things around us, we can develop good behavior habits.同学们，让我们全校上下携起手来，让文明礼仪之花开满校园的每个角落。
