一、直接读数字。如：
7:00 读作：seven或seven o’clock8:30 读作：eight thirty
9:15 读作：nine fifteen10:30 读作：ten thirty
11:59 读作：eleven fiftythree past eight 9:30 读作：half past nine
2.分钟大于30的用to。to表示“差多少”的“差”，因此，分钟大于30的就要看看它与“小时”加“1”还差多少分钟。读“分钟”时，差多少分钟就读多少；读“小时”时要加“1”。其中45分钟是差15分钟，也要读作a quarter。如： 4:32 读作：twenty-eight to five
6:45 读作：a quarter to seven
11:58 读作：two to twelve
12:49 读作：eleven to one（12小时制）
eleven to thirteen（24小时制）
