佤族传统女服：
这是生活在云南省阿佤山区的佤族青年女子的服饰，裙子为纯手工纺织成的长筒裙。女孩子从出生起每年在腰间或小腿处加一个藤圈或竹圈。它既是一种装饰又代表着姑娘的年龄。佤族女青年均留长发，擅长跳节奏鲜明的长发舞，显示出佤族女子热情奔放的民族性格。
景颇族（银泡衣毛织筒裙女服）
景颇族最大的传统节日是“目脑纵歌”。景颇人称大型歌舞盛会为“目脑”，称景颇各支系为“纵歌”。整个意义为大伙跳舞。一般每年农历的正月十五、十六举行。
白族
白族是一个崇尚白色的名族，服饰多以白色为主色调。白族女子常戴头帕，其上有两三厘米长的厚密白色流苏，左侧飘着一束雪白的缨穗直垂肩上，这个头饰寓意着大理地区四种特有的自然景色“风花雪月”四个字：下关的风，上关的花，苍山的雪，洱海的月。

She was born in Dali but lived in Xishuangbanna when she was young.She is one of China's renowned dancers, both at home and abroad.She has won a reputation for being the Spirit of Dance due to her charming performances, such as the Soul of the Peacock, Moonlight and so on.This is her most famous dance-The Soul of the Peacock.It's wonderful!The most important thing, be sure to spare some time to travel to Yunnan!
