拿到名片之后先看下客户的名字,公司,职位,国家,行业,还要注意有没有邮箱地址,没有的要让客户留下地址。这样心中先大致有数,回忆我们做过的这个国家的比较出名的客户。念一遍客户的名字,发音是否正确。知道客户名字之后,在两个人对话的时候,适当的时候要称呼对方。假如你在对话中经常称呼对方,对方也会称呼你,这样可以让客户很容易对你有印象可以在后续交谈中之后。因为很多人往往拿到客户的名片之后就放在一边了,有时候跟客人谈的时候,都已经忘记客户的名字了。
2.可以问客人一些问题。尽可能的多问信息,让客户多说话,自己在做互动。

2)Which busine line are you in ? Back to School, Office , Home decoration or other ?
3)Are you retailer, wholesaler, distributer or trading company.If retailer-How many stores does your company have ?
If distributer: Do you distribute your goods only in your domestic market? Or in the whole Europe? Which country is your biggest market?
If trading company, which country is your main market ?
如果这个国家有自己熟悉的做过的客户,就也介绍一下。
如果没有特别出名的客户,就介绍一下,我们出过哪些产品到这些国家,哪些是卖的最好的。
4)What’s your quality level do you sell in your market ?
5)Do you have your own brand ?
通常有自己自己品牌的客户,都是生意做的还不错的。

What is the total amount do you buy from China per year ?
如果是客人看上的产品是他以前买过的。
Which city of the factory do you buy before ?
How is their quality and service ? have you met any problem with them ?
Are you satisfied with current suppliers ?
7)What’s your purpose for this the fair? Do you want to find new product or new supplier ?
