化学教学论课程对职前教师PCK发展的研究

本研究主要以本科三年级师范生必修的化学教学论课程为研究情景,探究化学教学论课程对职前教师PCK发展的影响。研究包含量化与质化的分析方式,采用调查问卷了解课程前后,职前教师PCK发展变化,并采用学生访谈、课上观察等,经过三角验证,分析归纳形成研究结果。研究发现化学教学论课程前后,师范生的PCK在整体方面都有发展。“课程知识”、“教学策略及表征”的得分都达到显著差异。而“特定单元学科知识”、“学生学习的知识”、“教学信念”等均有发展但并不显著。
同时,研究发现,化学教学论课程中的教师讲解与学生活动环节对师范生PCK的“课程知识”等发展最有帮助。其他方面的知识则通过模拟试教、校外听课、自我反思等环节得到发展。最后本研究结合研究结果对化学教学论课程提出改进建议。

The purpose of this study was to design means and to explore the development of the PCK of pre-service chemistry teachers in chemistry pedagogy curriculum.2007 undergraduate normal students were involved in this study.The study used both quantitative and qualitative analyses.Data were collected from the questionnaire, observation and interviews.After the study, we found that the pre-service teachers’ PCK had improved and a statistically significant difference existed in instructional repertories and curriculum knowledge.Also the study found that teacher’s explanation and students activities in chemistry pedagogy curriculum were more beneficial for improving the curriculum knowledge of pre-service chemistry teachers.Simulation teaching, visiting claes and self-reflection were beneficial for improving the PCK as well.Finally, some suggestions are provided for improvement of chemistry pedagogy curriculum.We hope this exploration would provide some help to the research of chemistry pedagogy curriculum and pre-service teacher education.
