Type the letter using a word proceor.Formal letters should not be written by hand.信函要是打印的，正式的信函不能手写。
Use your own letterhead.Avoid store-bought note cards.用正式的信笺纸，不要用购买的记事纸。
If you don't have preprinted letterhead, type your name, title and return addre four to six lines down from the top of the page.如果你没有打印好的信笺纸，在纸顶端4~6行输入你的名字，头衔和回复地址。
Type the date two to six lines down from the letterhead or return addre.Three lines below is the standard.在信头或者回复地址下面2-6行输入日期，3行为标准。
