一、面试思路

1）开场白——问候，亲切，自然

如：It is nice to meet you, sir / madam.（见到您很高兴，先生/女士。）

问：How do you do?答：How do you do?

问：How are you feeling now?答：I feel good / fine.2）面试中——干脆，直奔主题，抓重点；自信

如：How do you know this interview?（你是怎么知道这次面试的？）

Why do you choose our company?（你为什么选择我们公司？）

What are your abilities? / Why should we hire you?（你都有什么能力？/我们为什么雇佣你？）

What are your salary expectations?（你期望的薪资是多少？）

How long would you work for us is you are hired?（如果我们雇佣了你，你会为我们工作多久？）

How much do you earn? / What is your salary now?（你赚多少钱？）

3）结束语——再次问候，礼貌

如：It is really my honor to have this interview with you.Thank you very much.Hope to see you again.（参加您的这次面试是我的荣幸，非常感谢。期待能够再次见到您。）

二、必备知识点

1）岗位职责——duty;responsibility

卫生：hygiene

防火：fire prevention / protection

专业技能：What kind of dishes are you familiar with? / What can you cook?（你熟悉什么菜？/ 你会做什么菜？）

2）工作流程——everyday work

What is your everyday work? / What do you do everyday?（你每天的工作是什么？/ 你每天都做什么？）

3）拿手菜&西方菜

What kind of dishes are you familiar with?
