(一)建立合理的飞行队伍

团队精神就是教研组如“雁阵”般翱翔永葆生机的内在动力。为了让每位教师都感到自己很重要,锻造一个人心齐、勇拼搏的教师团队,我园推出了项目管理组。所谓项目,是指幼儿园组织的各类活动。如:节日的环境布置、幼儿园的宣传等。推出项目组前,我们让教师根据特长自主选择2-3个项目组,并对该活动项目进行具体的策划和实施。我园成立了“活动策划组”“文化新闻组”“文化美编组”“制作维护组”“课题中心组”“常规检查组” 6个项目组,每个组都有明确任务,具体的分工。项目组的推出,打破了我园传统的大教研组形式,由原来的领导布置任务变为教师自主选择和承担任务,充分调动了教师主动参与和实施幼儿园各类活动的积极性。

产生。这样就能把那些思想好、业务水平高、组织能力强,善于团结同志,在教学中有一定威望的骨干教师选拔出来担任各项目组的组长。组长明确工作职责后,签订目标责任书,按规定每月给予岗位津贴,基本上做到了责、权、利结合,增强了组长的工作责任感,调动了他们的积极性。
