2)Ask Ss to listen to the model dialog and pay attention to the underlined parts.(The models present some expreions used for describing asking for and giving advice.The underlined parts are either such functional expreions or the expreions that help to form the framework of the models.)

3)Tell the cla that if Ss can learn from this unit about how to go deeper and discu further in terms of the complicated topics, they will find themselves making a great progre not only in English speaking but also in analyzing difficult situations.2.Now Your Turn

For the part “Now Your Turn” after each model, divide the cla into pairs to do the exercises and then ask them to role-play the dialogs.Walk around the cla and give help as needed.Encourage Ss to use their names to act out their parts.Teaching Tips on(Tasks 1)

1.对话应试技巧

(1)利用对话正式开始之前的阅读题型介绍例题时间快速浏览选项，做到心中有数。

(2)掌握特定句型：如: 英美人在向他人提出建议或请求时，往往采用委婉的方式来表达。

(3)注意语音、语调的问题。陈述句句末用升调，表示说话人的怀疑，不同意或不完全同意对方的观点。感叹句用升调结尾，表怀疑。疑问句句末用降调不表怀疑。如Is he honest?用降调表示说话者认为他是诚实的。

题型划分

一）关于学习

1、选课的场景规律：课程总是很难，并且总是男生说难：女生要么规劝男生坚持，要么建

场景词汇：drop cla, take a course, high requirement, optional course, hard to follow.2、听课的的场景规律：学生上课迟到或缺课;教授只会在office hour见学生。总有一些学生不适应教授的课,爱听讲座.场景词汇：late of cla, mi/attend the lecture/presentation, boring, topic, copy3、作业的场景规律：完成作业总有一定的难度，很难按时完成，而教授一般不接受延期的作业。

分分学生的命根，而教授总是那么的吝啬；学生通过考试则互相祝贺；考试失败则互相安慰；学生为了准备考试要么熬夜，要么逃课。

1、购物的场景规律：学生穷，购物去打折店，贵重的东西买不起，花钱要节省

场景词汇：waiter, waitre, menu, serve order, reserve a table, make a reservation, a table for four, dine out3、居家过日子场景规律：日常生活总是遇到难题，找人帮忙不可少；女人更会过日子，讲求实际。

三）关于校园校外活动

1、组织和参加活动的场景规律：校园活动丰富多彩：有各种各样的比赛、音乐会、俱乐部活动、学术讲座、竞选职务

场景词汇：school radio station, poster, competition, club member, seminar, win, run for chairman, dance2、看戏、看电影、听音约会场景规律：票总是不好买，这样的活动大家都喜欢去。场景词汇：concert, art gallery, play, show, no ticket left

四）关于旅行

场景规律：出行要选择合适的交通工具，交通工具晚点是正常的事，大家通常要结伴而行，总是有人比约定的时间晚到，见到好景想留影，但胶卷用完了。

五）求职和谈论工作

场景规律:员工总是迟到，工作总是又累又无味，上司不好对付。

场景规律：学生总是希望找到便宜的房子，为了分担房费，有时还得与人合租，学生对家具的要求不高，为了清洁学生有时还得搬家，虽然新房子的房租更贵。
