第三，就是来个让步，或者给出一些现象，无非是一些人认为，另一些人认为，自己说明自己的想法。也可以来个建议，如人们

该怎么办，政府怎么办，当前的current 困难difficult和任务miion。。总之，无论怎么搞，都有一段啊。

这样就只用总结一个通用的开头结尾模板，考试时候写中间就可以了，ISSUE还难吗
