Time paing so fast, it is already 4 years since you go back to Melbourne.We are always miing you so much!We are miing your smile together with the nice and gentle greetings, we are miing your warmest concerns about people, we are miing your fair and equal to everybody, we are miing your incomparable leadership!
You are the founder of GHD China and China busine.During the 4 years of working as General Manager China/Asia in Beijing, you lead the team to push through a way in this violent competitive environment of China and succefully make GHD standing firmly in China market.Even nowadays, we are still enjoying the fundamental base you set up.It is your personal charming and leadership which attract people surrounding you, following you, working with you and fighting together with you.You have the gift to balance people, convince people, encourage people, guide people and lead people.From your eyes, people feel the warmne, the encouragement, the care, the trust and especially the love.You do love people!We know that very clearly.We do love you Peter!Being shy as Chinese under Chinese culture, people seldom say love to each other.But today, please allow us to say, to cry, to shout it out loudly, WE DO LOVE YOU John!
