我国中小企业员工培训中的问题及解决措施
摘要
我国是人口众多的市场经济体制国家,中小企业在解决就业、维持社会稳定、活跃市场经济、推动科技创新、促进经济发展等多方面上起着重要作用。所以我国对中小企业的发展日趋重视,近几年推出的中小企业板的上市便为其发展提供了良好的外部机会和环境。但中小企业要想长足持续发展必须拥有自身的核心竞争力,不断发展完善自己,而这 一切归根到底都要依赖于人力资源的提高发展,培训正是实现这一发展的关键手段。然而,由于中小企业自身资金、人员有限,往往把有限的资金、精力用于直接创造价值并能快速获取价值的必备职能部门,忽视需长期投资见效缓慢的培训工作,即使有些企业认识到培训的重要性也常会因方法不正确而效果不佳。因而当今中小企业的员工培训由于重视不足、缺乏科学性与规范性等多种原因致使培训效果不理想。本文从多方面考虑中小企业的问题并结合其自身特点提出适合它发展的培训之路,以促进企业目标的实现,经济效益的稳定持续增长。

ABSTRACT
Our country is a populous market economy country.The small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in solving the employment, maintaining social stability, the active market economy, promoting technological innovation and economic development and so on.So our country is getting increasingly serious about the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in recent years.The launch of small and medium-sized enterprises board listed provides a good external opportunities and environment for its development.But the small and medium-sized enterprises who want to develop rapidly and continuously must have their own core competitive ability and perfect themselves, all this in the end are dependent on human resources’ increase and development.Training is the key to realize the means.However, due to small and medium-sized enterprises limited funds, personnel, they often used limited funds and energy in functional departments that can create value directly and get value quickly and ignore training work which needs long-term investment but response slow.Even though some enterprises realize the importance of training, their method is often wrong and poor effect.So today's small and medium-sized enterprise employee training effect is not ideal due to lack of attention more scientific and normative method and variety of reasons.This paper is established in the aspects of the problems of small and medium-sized enterprise and combine with its own characteristics to promote its training way to achieve the goals of enterprise and increase economic effectivene stability.Key words: Small and medium-sized enterprises;Human resource;Staff training
