【中文摘要】从古至今,中国人都是通过祭祀、凭吊、服丧、清明扫墓等系列活动形式来拜祭祖先,特别是每逢清明,春节前后,人们都习惯举家出动,祭扫先人,既享受了与家人团聚,也可以顺便领略大自然的美丽风光。因此,公墓作为现代化城市规划设计中不可缺少的组成部分,其建设在城市建设中同样占据着特殊地位,同时也是体现城市文明建设的一个方面。因此城镇人口殡葬引起的系列问题,就激发了本文关于海岛生态墓地建设开发这一理念的产生,从而引起我们在城市景观规划设计中的思考和研究。随着我国经济社会的不断发展与进步,人们在针对生态环境问题方面的认识也随之进一步深化。老百姓们不再局限于过去对墓地的看法,近年来在我国各大城市中不断涌现出一些新概念、新名词的殡葬方式也越来越受到人们的广泛关注,譬如生态公墓、园林公墓、森林公墓以及树葬、草葬、花葬、海葬、生态葬等等,名目繁多。本论文主要是通过对我国当今公墓发展问题的调查研究分析,从而提出利用沿海城市周边邻近的海岛、荒岛来开发建设海岛生态墓地的新理念,并以威海乳山宫家岛为例作初浅探讨,以期抛砖引玉。开发建设海岛生态墓地主要以殡葬文化为基础,结合美学文化、园林文化、风俗文化、景观设计等,运用先进的科学技术手段和设施设备,以促进城市殡葬安全和提高殡葬生态效益协调统一为目标,构建出独具沿海城市特色、保护生态资源的海岛生态墓地,使生态墓园成为沿海城市的人文景观,既满足沿海城市居民祭奠缅怀

先人的需求,又能从中得到有益的精神启迪,感悟人生,了解历史。
