 How to keep healthy

Nowadaysan increasing number of people are concerned about their health.However, what should we do to keep healthy? Different people may give different answers to this question.In my opinion, it is eential to do the following.现在,越来越多的人们开始担心他们的健康。然而,我们应该做什么来保持健康呢?不同的人可能对这个问题给不同的答案。我认为,做以下的事情很重要。

First of all, it is absolutely neceary to take some exercise regularly.Jogging and yoga might be good choices.The reason why I do sports is that it can not only reduce the chance of getting heart disease, but also it helps lower blood preure.What’s more, we had better pay more attention to our diet.Medical experts advise us to choose some healthy food, like vegetables or fruit, and to avoid eating food full of fat, like French fries or cookies.In addition, I believe enough sleep is an important part of keeping health.We should go to sleep before 11 o’clock every day.首先,有规律的做运动肯定有必要。慢跑和瑜伽可能是一个很好的选择。我为什么做运动的原因是,这不仅能减少得心脏病的几率,还能帮我降低血压。还有,我们最好更注意我们的饮食。医学专家建议我们选择一些健康的食物,像蔬菜和水果,以及建议我们避免吃富含脂肪的食物,像炸薯条和饼干。再有,我相信足够的睡眠也是保持健康的重要部分。我们应该每天再11点之前睡觉。

Things mentioned above sound easy to do, but not many people can manage them.In a word, in order to keep fit, take actions from now on.以上提到的事情听起来很简单,但不是所有的人都能做成。总之,为了保持健康,现在开始行动吧~~
