学位论文答辩会程序

答辩委员会主席主持答辩会议。

第一阶段：学生答辩会

1.答辩人报告学位论文的主要内容（硕士论文报告不超过30分钟，博士论文报告不超过45分钟）；

2.答辩委员会成员和到会人员提问，答辩人回答问题；

3.答辩人答辩结束，答辩人导师可就学位论文及答辩中提出的问题作补充说明；

4．答辩人导师简要介绍答辩人的基本情况、学习成绩及科研方面的主要情况；

5.答辩会休会。

第二阶段：答辩委员会会议（教育管理干部可列席，导师需回避）

1.答辩委员会结合论文评阅人对学位论文的评阅意见、达到的水平以及答辩情况等进行综合评价，评议答辩人的学位论文是否达到所申请学位要求的学术水平；

2.讨论并通过答辩委员会的答辩决议；

3.投票表决，获答辩委员会全体成员2/3以上（含2/3）票数同意，方可做出通过答辩和建议授予硕士、博士学位的决议；

4.答辩委员会成员填写《学位论文答辩情况书》（一式两份）；

5.答辩会复会，答辩委员会主席宣布答辩委员会决议，答辩人发言，会议结束。

答辩委员会设秘书1名。答辩秘书参加答辩工作全过程并对答辩过程中答辩委员的提问、答辩人的回答及答辩委员会决议等情况做客观、详细的记录。答辩秘书没有表决权。

答辩结束，请答辩委员会主席责成答辩秘书将答辩人的学位申请书，必修环节材料、论文评阅书，答辩情况书，表决票，论文全文（4本）等有关材料报送所研究生部。

Program of Diertation Defense

The defense is chaired by the chairperson of the defense committee.Phase 1: Oral Defense

1.Public presentation by the defender.No longer than 45min.2.Public Q&A.Questions by any audience, answers by the defender.3.The supervisor can give additional explanations to the proposed questions.4.The supervisor gives a brief introduction to the defender’s personal information, learning achievements and scientific achievements.5.Rece.Phase 2: Internal Discuions of Committee(Supervisor and defender are dismied)

1.The committee gives an overall evaluation on whether the defender meets the requirements of a doctoral degree.2.Discu the final decision(based on the draft).3.Vote to pa/fail the defender.Only if the committee reaches a majority(2/3)affirmative vote, can the final decision be made that the defender paes the defense and is recommended to be conferred a doctoral degree.4.Committee members sign on the final decision(2 copies).Phase 3: Resume the Meeting

1.The chairperson announces the final decision of the committee.2.The defender may give a short speech.3.End.
