我倾向于同意儿童每天在电脑上花费太多时间会对他们产生负面的影响。

其部分原因是不论儿童为何使用电脑，长时间坐在电脑屏幕前，都会对儿童的视力和坐姿有害。

人们主要关心的与吸引儿童的电脑活动的类别有关。这些通常是电子游戏，它们往往非常激烈甚至暴力。并且玩家通常是游戏中的“英雄”，过多接触这类游戏会促使孩子变得以自我为中心，且对他人不敏感。

即使孩子是为了别的目的用电脑，如得到信息或发送电子邮件给朋友，电脑也不能取代人际交往。与其他孩子待在一起并分享经历，是孩子成长发展的重要组成部分，这是电脑无法提供的。

尽管如此，电脑技能给儿童带来的好处是不可否认的。就技术而言，他们成年后的世界将会永远在变，互联网将是获取当今世界所有可利用的知识和信息的关键。因而，儿童在早期就学会自信地使用电脑时非常重要的，因为在他们的整个学习和工作生活中，都会需要这些技能。

我认为，重要的是确保儿童不过度使用电脑。家长必须保证他们的孩子学会享受其他形式的活动，而不是仅仅坐在家里，在一个虚拟世界中学习生活。

Part of reasons is no matter why they use computer,long time sitting before the computer screens will do harm to their eyesight and sitting posture.What people always concentrate on is the kind of computer games in which children may be interested.These games are always electronic games which generally are fierce and even more violent.What’s more,the game player can always be the winner in the games.Being more in touch with these games may lead children to be self-centered and insensitive to others.Computers can not replace interpersonal communication even if children use them for other purpose such as gaining information or sending e-mails to friends!It’s an important part for children to stay with other kids and share experience with each other,which can’t be provided by computer.Be that as it may,the advantage produced by computer skills can’t be denied.In terms of technology, the world when children are grown-up will keep changing, under which condition internet will be the key tool to gain useful knowledge and information.Therefore,it’s much more important for children to master computer skills confidently in their early time,all these skills will be needed in their whole study and work life!

To my point of view, the most important thing is to make sure that children won’t overuse computers.Parents should ensure children would rather learn to enjoy other kinds of activities than stay at home and learn to live in the virtual world.二、英译汉
