标题：我市启动新一轮文明城市创建工作（CH）

【导语】记者昨天从全市精神文明工作推动会上获悉，今年下半年武汉将迎来“全国文明城市”测评。五月开始，将对25个重点窗口行业进行群众满意度测评排名、开设“道德讲堂”、评选五星志愿者等系列举措，推进全市精神文明建设工作。Wuhan is going to experience a new round of reviews later this year by the national government on its efforts at building a modern city.A series of measures have been taken over the past few years to facilitate Wuhan’s growth into a modern city.【画外音】

5月起，我市将率先对全市25个重点窗口行业进行群众满意度测评、排名。测评将由市统计局执行，结果通过媒体公布，并作为年度文明创建绩效目标考核的重要依据。

测评范围包括医疗、商业零售、公交、出租汽车、银行、邮政、电影院、派出所等窗口行业。测评内容指向服务态度、服务效率、服务质量、服务环境及便民措施、行业诚信、投诉处理机制等方面的满意程度。

此外，我市还将测评城区文明程度指数和未成年人思想道德建设工作；开展各行业、系统、战线内的自测、排名，对测评排名最后的，下达整改通知。

通过建立道德模范信息库、开设“道德讲堂”、成立“学雷锋志愿服务队”、评选“五星志愿者”等系列举措，促进公民道德素质的提高。

市委常委、宣传部长彭丽敏指出，目前我市文明创建还存在城市空气质量差、交通拥堵、背街小巷环境不佳、市民乱穿马路、乱闯红灯等不文明“顽症”和管理难题。今年下半年，中央文明办将对我市开展第四轮城市文明程度指数测评、排名。我市前三届均是因不可预见的一票否决事项而失去评选资格。她鼓励与会人员用“敢为人先、追求卓越”的城市精神，自觉、自信的姿态，推动新一轮文明创建。gist

Starting this month, the city’s Statistics Bureau will undertake a consumer satisfaction survey on 25 key service trades such as medical services, commercial retailing, public transportation, banking, postal services, cinemas, local police stations.The services’ efficiency, environment, attitude, honesty and complaint review mechanisms will all be inspected.The survey’s ranking list will then be publicized to the general public.The city has already brought out a series of measures to promote a spiritual civilization with such actions as moral lectures, establishing volunteer service teams and selecting elite volunteers.
