【中文摘要】信息技术飞速发展的今天,信息技术已经如此深刻地融入人类社会,以至于几乎所有的组织(如企业、政府、团体等)都需要信息系统的支持。信息化建设也成为了高等院校建设的不可缺少的、重要组成部分,其建设水平是高校整体办学水平、学校的地位和形象的重要标志之一。电子办公管理即是运用现代化的科学方法,使人力、物力经常保持最佳比例,通过实现行政人员的网上办公、“无纸化”办公,从而提高工作便利性,提高工作效率,减轻工作人员负担,节约办公经费,保证各项工作能够又好又快的完成,该电子办公管理系统是根据石家庄科技工程职业学院办公室的要求而设计的。本文主要介绍了办公自动化的来源、研究的背景、重要意义,国内外发展状况以及与它相关的技术,分析了现在校园网络办公存在的问题,概述了研究校园网络办公技术的意义。通过比较办公自动化系统常用的工具,运用ASP.net开发技术,采用B/S模式开发平台的办公自动化系统,针对我校几个重要部门办公业务的需求,研究制定出我校办公自动化系统的方案设计和代码设计。另外,在数据库设计中,为了更灵活的进行功能划分和安全性控制,还引入角色控制用来增强实际应用系统的安全性,可以根据需要定义各种各样的角色,并设置合适的访问权限。在公文流转模块中,使用了工作流技术,增加了系统的灵活性和实用性。使用本系统,既节约了人力物力,又提高了办公效率,从真正意义上实现了高校的知识管理。最后,总结了论文所做的工作以及本研究的不足,并对下一步的工作进行展望。

【英文摘要】Today, the information technology is developing rapidly, it has been integrated into human society.As a result of this, almost all of the organizations(such as enterprises, governments,organizations, etc.)need information system support.The Information technology has become an integral part of univesity construction.The construction level of information technology is one of the important signs of the unversity’s overall educational level, status and image.Electronic office management is to use modern scientific methods to make human and material resources to maintain the best ratio.Through the realization of administrative staff online office,save administrative resources to ensure that the work can be completed well and fast.The electronic office management system is designed in accordance with the requirements of the office of Shijiazhuang Vocational College of Scientific and Technical Engineering.This thesis mainly introduced the source of office automation, research background, significance, and international development, and its related technologies, analyzed the current problems in the campus network office, outlined the sigificance of the research on network of office.By comparing the commonly used tools for office

automation system, using Asp.net developing technology , with B/S mode, aimed at the needs of several important sectors of this college,research to develop office automation system design and code design.Besides, in the database design, in order to carry out functions partition and security control more flexibly, we introduced the role control to enhance the security of the system.The system can define a variety of roles as needed and set the appropriate acce permiions.In the Document Transfer module, we used the workflow technology and increased the flexibility and practicality of this system.The utilization of the system not only saves resources, but also improves the working efficiency, thus realized the meaning of knowledge management in colleges and universities in the true sense.Finally, this article summarized the work done and the deficiencies of this study, and prospected the future work for the next step.【关键词】办公自动化 B/S模式.net 工作流
