【abstract】c-jun gene is a member of iegs(immediately early genes)jun．in the normal condition，it is in the low

expreion stage and cannot be detected． but it can be activated by many factors strongly and rapidly，and its products

play an important role on gene expreion，cell proliferation，cell diferentiation and apoptosis．this paper explores on the

construction features and biological function of the c-jun gene and its products．we also explain its forensic application in

spinal injury，electric shock injury，and so on．

即刻早期基因(immediately early genes，iegs)

属于一类快速激活基因，通常短暂存在，且参与细胞

内信号级联放大过程。[1】iegs包括fos、jun、和krox

等家族，可编码分泌型蛋白、化学诱导剂、胞质内酶、配体依赖的转录因子及诱导转录因子(itfs)。嘲其

中iun家族尤其是c—ihb基因已证明与多种疾病和

损伤因子相关，在临床上已得到广泛的应用，但其在法医学方面的应用刚处于起步阶段。对此，本文在简

述c— un及c-jun蛋白的结构及功能的基础上就其

法医学应用进行阐述，旨在为脊髓损伤、颅脑枪弹

创、电击伤等损伤及死亡的法医学鉴定提供参考。

一、关于e-]un及e-jun蛋白

(一)c-jun及c_jun蛋白的结构

1987年y makic等发现一种与某些脊椎动物

具有同源性的鸟类肉瘤病毒17的癌蛋白，并将其命

名为iun(日本语中数字17音译为iu—nana)。[3]目前

为止所知的iun基因家族包括c_jun、junb、jund

3种基因，这3种基因结构相似，其中c-jun与病毒癌

基因v-jun有高度同源性，两种基因表达产物的氨基

酸序列相似性超过80％。c-jan基因位于人类1号

染色体p32—33，基因长3．5kb，无内含子。c-jun启动

子复合体(见图1)由dna结合单位nf-jun(nuclear

factor-jun，核因子jun与nf—kb有同源性)、sp1结

合位点、ccaat一盒子以及junl、jun2组成。junl、iun2两个位点通过与激活蛋白因子ap一1(activator

protein一1)结合对转录进行调节，iun2位点独自进行

诱导转录也可与iunl位点联合作用。[51 nf-jun位点

是一个位于c—iun启动子内部的长约1lbp序列，受
