机电一体化（数控技术方向）

本专业培养掌握数控技术岗位必备的基本知识、基本技能，具有较强利用数控技术进行机械零件制造的能力、数控编程的能力及其它机电一体化设备使用维护能力并取得职业资格证书的高等技术应用型人才。

主干课程：工程制图、机械设计基础、机械制造基础、金属切削机床、电气控制与PLC、控制电机与应用、液压传动、数控加工工艺与刀具、数控机床编程、CAD/CAM技术。

实践教学：制图测绘、钳工实训、机加工实习、电气控制与PLC实训、控制电机与应用时薰、数控机床编程与操作、数控机床基本操作、岗位实训、毕业综合实训、通过理论学习和技能训练，应取得由劳动部门颁发的全国制图员职业资格证，数控技术国家职业资格证书。

就业方向：数控加工操作和管理岗位、数控加工工艺及编程、数控机床的安装、调试、维护保养及设备改造、数控机床的故障诊断及维修、其他机电一体化设备的使用、维护，机电产品制造部门的生产、管理、销售等技术岗位。

This specialty raise the higher technical application talented person who grasps the neceary elementary knowledge and the basic skill of the numerical control technology , have the ability of machine parts manufacturing and numerical programming, have the ability of using and maintaining other mechatronical equipment and obtains the profeional credentials.The main subject: engineering drawing、foundation of machine design、foundation of machine manufacturing、metal cutting machine、electric control and PLC、fluid drive、craft of numerical control machining、programming of NC tool、technology of CAD/CAM,and so on.Practice tache :practice of drawing、practice of maching、practice of electric controlling、programming and operating of CNC tool、bacical operating of CNC tool、practice of manufactureing、integrated practice for graduation,and so on.Employment direction: The post of operating and managing fornumerically controled proceing ,the post of programming for numerical control proceing , the post of installment, tdebugging, maintenance of the CNC Tool , the post of the equipment transforming , the post of diagnosing and maintaining of the CNC Tool , the post of using and maintaining other mechatronical equipment, the post of producting , managing , and saling at the manufacture manufactureing the mechanical and electrical products.
